I had Culligan install a water heater and reverse osmosis years ago in our home. The original install expert was away on holidays so they had a retired installer complete my installation. Once he left, I proceeded to go down and have a look, there was gold resin spewed all over my laundry room floor. The lines were run through some of the paint can handles that I had high up on a shelf (my husband had to cut the handles so we could access the paint). When I called and complained I was told that I could use a shop vacuum to clean it. I clearly wasn't okay with this because the resin the was spilled on the floor was supposed to be in the equipment I just paid for! They had their regular installer come back out and ge explained that my first install was a complete botch job. He fixed everything properly and I was offered free filters for my reverse osmosis (which I had to remind/argue with them for when the time came). I recently purchases a hot tub and couldn't figure out why my water wasn't reading normal. After taking it to the hot tub supplier they advised that I filled the hot tub with soft water. I used my hose? Why would my outside hose be connected to salt water? When calling Culligan about this, they advised that they could put a by pass on for a $175 service call, cost of all parts and $4 per foot for the bypass.....hahaha

As far as I am concerned, this is an install error on their end. Who would ever want salt water hooked up to their outdoor taps? No wonder my flowers have died after watering them!

Do yourself the favour and find someone who cares about customer service and the job that they are completing. They want your signature on the dotted line so that they can accept your cash with zero customer service to be provided to you without more $$$ involved. It's sad that a "trusted" company such as Culligan would provide such terrible service with zero regard to their paying customers.

Alison was very sweet to deal with and I feel sorry for her having to be the one to relay the ridiculous "solution ($$$)" they had to my problem.

I have been advised by many friends, family, coworkers and other installers of water softeners that my outside taps should never have been hooked up to the softener. So this is on Culligan!

I have a water filter from Cullingan and I got very satisfactory and supportive help from Narrien, Josh and Allison. Josh and Narrien both came at my home to rectify the issue I had with my water filter and they always have given me answers very politely. Very helpful nature of all of them.

Mike, who delivered my salt, is professional, friendly and helpful. He not even took the bags down to the basement, but he checked my water softener and noticed a problem.
Culligan is lucky to have both of them.

I didn't get the name of the man that delivered the salt for us today but so thankful that he was able to put our water softener salt in our water softener and put the rest neatly close by. We appreciate that service so very much as we are seniors.

Josh, a technician, came to do some work today on our water purification system. He was so very pleasant and knowledgeable and courteous. We are so very pleased with all of the services that Culligan provides and would recommend them to anyone looking to have Culligan products. Sandra H.
