First visit. They are well organized. Check- in was easy and efficient with kind and helpful staff. I was able to sit outside comfortably in my car and was notified when I should come back in. Quick and focused triage and so saw the Dr. without little wait time. He politely explained my results and suggested treatment and welcomed follow-up if needed. I filled my prescription there also, with again very helpful efficient means, and was on my way to get back home to rest with fairly quick turn around. Thank you.

Extremely Disappointing Experience My wife visited this walk-in clinic on October 29 around 10 AM to visit a doctor for our 3-year old daughter who was badly sick, expecting a timely appointment based on their previous good service. After booking the appointment, she was told it would take about an hour. After 1 hour, she noticed two patients ahead of her in line. To her surprise, 17 additional patients were suddenly added in front of her without any explanation. When I inquired about this, a staff member responded in an incredibly rude and unprofessional manner. She explained that patients from a sister branch had their appointments canceled due to a doctor's illness and were inserted into our queue. When I expressed my frustration, the staff member bluntly suggested that if I wasn’t happy, I could simply go to another clinic or hospital! This clinic previously earned a good reputation for its quick service with two doctors on staff. However, it seems that now they have reverted to one doctor and unprofessional staff who displayed rude behavior. I feel compelled to warn others against visiting this clinic, especially given my negative experience. I encourage anyone who has faced similar issues to share their experiences. This clinic is not worth your time.

I had an excellent experience at Curex Medical Clinic with Dr. Andrew. Wait time is less and they remind you by sending message to your mobile before your turn comes. Dr. Andrew’s approach was thorough and compassionate, taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. His expertise and genuine care for his patients are clear. I highly recommend Curex Medical Clinic and Dr. Andrew to anyone looking for top-notch medical care !

Cannot believe how fast and nice they are here. In and out within an hour with antibiotics. The doctor was incredibly nice and even though it’s a bit far from where I live, I think this is going to be my go to walk-in clinic for the whenever I need it. Thank you Curex! And thank you for being open on a holiday (Victoria Day). So grateful to the staff here.

Had to come here on a Sunday and based off of the awesome reviews I figured this was my best choice. Receptionist was very friendly. I only had to wait an hour and I got a text prompting me when they were almost ready for me, so I didnt have to sit in a congested waiting room. Dr. Andrew was so nice and had a great bedside manner. The whole process was smooth with no issues. I would definitely recommend. More clinics should be like this. Thank you Curex!

The staff was great! Super friendly and accommodating. We came fairly late in the day just before closing time and they still took us in. Everyone was pleasant to deal with, and we didn’t feel rushed with Dr. U. He listened and showed genuine concern. Overall we did have to wait as with all walk in clinics, but the wait was easy. They text you when it’s almost your turn and a big screen shows how many people are before you.

Best clinic in the area hence the great reviews! So glad we went! Automated system actually showing you where you are in line and sends a text, as well as an excellent doctor and excellent hours! Doctor Takhar was so kind and helped my daughter. Got the prescription right away. I will absolutely be back to this clinic and highly recommend!
