Wow was a really good experience I had. This was my first time here and worried because of reviews but I was in and out in 15 minutes with my toddler who I brought in. I was a new patient so I filled out a form, got in a waiting room right away. Met with a friendly patient doctor. Definitely will be back and recommend.

The experience was very good, within 40 min I was seen by Dr. Taylor… the place is clean and spacious… lady at the reception was very polite and nice. I highly recommend this place, if you need to see doctor. Come early….pharmacy is inside too, make your life easier.

This place is usually pretty good, efficient and clean. That said, be sure to confirm your place in queue. I arrived today at open (10:00am) and the receptionist arrived to the desk a few minutes later. They told us to have a seat, along with the one person ahead of us. They spent the next 15 minutes at their computer. People walked in after us and got assistance at the counter first, which I didn’t mind as the receptionist clearly knew I had arrived first and had asked me to wait (so I figured it was safe to assume they’d organize the patient waitlist accordingly on their end regardless of paperwork, as they had done in the past). They eventually called me up to the counter to sign in. Everyone then sat for a while. The receptionist then took people in to see the doctor first, who had arrived AFTER us. I immediately went to the counter to nicely remind the receptionist that we arrived second and would like to be seen second. At that point though the other people were seated in the doctor office so it was too late. Extremely annoying when I’m waiting with a young kid and purposely made sure to get here before others. The receptionist apologized which is nice, but doesn’t really change the fact that I’m waiting an extra half hour due to her oversight. That said, the doctors have always been good. So ya, just be sure to confirm your place in line if you arrive at open since reception apparently doesn’t pay close attention.

Since I posted this original review I have had amazing follow-up with Dr. Lurie. He went above and beyond as have the reception staff. I appreciate their care.

Quite honestly, I feel like it was a waste of time. I don’t even remember the doctor‘s name. I just know that I was in and out of his office within like five minutes and someone was every other patient. After explaining my situation in regards to how bad I was feeling he asked me if I was sick? Didn’t quite understand why he asked that question why would I come to a clinic if I was not sick, anyhow he wrote me a prescription for some nasal spay. The prescription was in another patients name! He told me if I was feeling the same by end of week to email him and he would perscribe some antibiotics. Two days later, I went to a different clinic as I was feeling no better and the doctor spent more time with me, asked me a number of questions, measured my oxygen levels, actually looked in my ears, looked at my throat and said it was a Sinusitis infection , had some fluid in the ears and put me on antibiotics right away. The clinic it itself was very clean. They had the pharmacy right there within the clinic. The lady at the front desk was quite nice, but unfortunately, I just felt like a number and didn’t get any kind of answer so that I had to go somewhere else.

Re: Dr Muhammad Qasim Zeb.
Very disappointed. I went to the clinic today as I had a severe allergic reaction which was extremely itchy. I told the doctor that I am taking Allegra but it did not help. He said he will prescribe me an antibiotic medication which will help the recovery faster. I bought the medication and later realized that he prescribed the same Allegra tablets 120mg I was already taking. I felt very upset as I had told him it wasn’t helping me. I had to take time off work for this medical check up and I’m feeling extremely unwell now and also don’t have the flexibility of time to see another doctor who actually might give a real treatment. I wish doctors had better attention to detail and respected patients time.
