I hate writing bad reviews but this one has to be done. My mom purchased her Cpap machine from here a couple of years ago. There was a recall sent out saying a breakdown of some component of the motor is carcinogenic. I was told if there’s any recalls/replacement I would be told. I was NEVER told. I called in for a completely unrelated issue and found out my replacement had arrived almost a year before. No one bothered to contact me. They say they tried but they did not. I still have the same number. I finally went in and got it replaced and that too with so much hassle. On top of all this. I bought filters from them and they were way more expensive than if I had ordered directly from Respironics. These guys aren’t worth giving business to. They don’t care about customer’s health whatsoever. Choose wisely. The choice is yours.

I could not be more grateful to DHRS and the staff. I drove down from up north and forgot my Cpap machine. I called around 3:30 pm and by 4:30pm they had a loaner machine ready for me and set up with my specifics. The staff were to a person friendly and helpful. Thank you again Heidi and staff.

They suck no communication with people who work there. Been waiting almost 2 friggin months for my CPAP Supplies and a new CPAP Machine. Keep getting the bloody run around. Not everyone drives a car so they can't come into the office. Traveling by transit is very difficult for me as I have Degenerative Disc Disease in my lower Lumbar now I just got diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis.

From the first meeting with Donna on the office's day off on a long weekend, to coming in to get my new C-pap machine in under 2 months, the staff worked magic. Heidi got the battery pack I required in quickly, Holly sent me up. Wonderful place. Sorry I couldn't name the other staff.

I have enormous gratitude for this company and for staff Annette and Kaitlin!! I am traveling from Alberta and these two woman went over and above to help me!!! Thank you so much!!! You both are Rockstars!!!

I've been to a few respiratory service establishments in the Durham region and DHRS is by far the BEST one. Not only is it in a great area and easy to get to but it also offers a very comfortable atmosphere along with a home type setting. The staff are beyond helpful and friendly and tend to all your needs regarding respiratory services. They have a wide range of respiratory products for your convenience and whatever they don't have they can get for you. I recommend this establishment above any other in the Durham Region area. Next time you have respiratory needs consider DHRS.

My mom came here to get a cpap machine. I am very disappointed by the fact that she was taken advantage of. She is a senior who does not have a lot of money. She was told she had a free trial of the machine for 3 months. Little did she know she was going to have to pay $180 to cancel her free 3 month trial. She wanted to cancel as they were going to charge her $400 more than what was covered by her benefits and government, when they told her she wouldn’t have to pay a dime. They didn’t return her call regarding billing explanation multiple times. This company is money hungry and does not care about taking advantage of seniors.

Get email from them and told they include things in your package and hmmmm nope don't get them. Feel free to pay if your insurance won't cover but that certainly is not what their email says!!! Every time you call there you get answering machines!! EVERY TIME
