I had the Scalp treatment with Sia and it was absolutely exquisite. A friend had given me a gift card so I thought I’d try this place out. From the moment you walk in it smells divine and you are pampered. The treatment offered a scalp analysis, a series of head massages (with oil, shampoo, and a mask), hair wash and lots of massage on the neck and shoulders. I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. I highly recommend this spa and treatment!

Wonderful experience and very kind staff. The scalp assessment taught me about my hair and scalp health which has been so helpful! The treatment itself was very relaxing and I would recommend it to anyone! The outside of the building does not do this business justice, you can’t tell how beautiful it is. A simple update to the window would be a big help. Inside feels like its own world and completely transports you to a relaxing environment! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to relax or even as a gift for someone else.

I went to Dilaani for a head spa on my birthday, and it was truly amazing! They were kind enough to accommodate me last minute, which made my day extra special. The treatment was so relaxing and refreshing—I left feeling completely renewed. The atmosphere was calming, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. After months of searching all around Ottawa for a place that’s not only professional but also very clean, I finally found a gem! Dilaani is truly a blessing in Ottawa. Her laser services are top-tier, no joke, you see a difference after just one session. The clinic is spotless, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. The prices are also the best I’ve seen compared to other spas. Unzila is such a sweetheart she always makes me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. I cannot wait to try all the other services they offer 🙈If you’re looking to treat yourself, Dilaani is the place to go!

Booked appointments at this spa for the first time with my sister, it was amazing. The location is right downtown. The overall space is not very big, but everything is layed out nicely, it's very comfortable. The windows are frosted so when you are inside it offers a level of privacy, which is much appreciated. All the ladies were very kind and welcoming. I also appreciated that it's by appointment only, so there is not a constant in-and-out. We tried the scalp treatment. It was interesting to see the hair follicles before and after. When finished, our hair was so soft. They had hair dryers available for you to use if wanted, also offered coffee or water. Will definitely go again, I look forward to trying other treatments, and have already recommended to family.
