I went in here to purchase patio pavers not realizing they didn't carry anything in our price range. That being said, the woman at the front desk was extremely welcoming and patient in answering all of my questions. She was then able to recommend somewhere else that may carry pavers in our price range (which they did). Even though we didn't end up purchasing anything here, I was really grateful that was kind throughout the process, enough to point me in the direction that was right for me.

Rigney gives an impression like slow moving goverment organization. However Chris was very helpful in showing the samples. He promptly responded to calls and kept me updated. He is polite, soft spoken and courteous. Best thing I like that phone calls are picked by human and do not go to voicemail.

You will find each one of these guys sitting on there fork lifts doing nothing, JUST USING THERE PHONE.? They don’t respect ur tym.

Called to order drywall for a reno project. When I called, I was told the delivery was free. Went in to pay for it the next business day (they don't take credit over the phone), and was charged $100 over what I was quoted! They only include delivery for "certain customers" (yes, the employee did say this) - I was apparently not one of them. Would prefer to support local, but way too pricey and scammy for my taste.

Are you kidding me! What is this business? Arrogance, indifference, you name it. STAY AWAY!!!

Shopped there for years. Called today for pricing. Exactly double the price for products. Quoted 27.60 for a 4x8 x 1/2” . Advised salesman same product is available today at Home hardware for almost exactly half the price. 13.70.

First of all thanks to JEFF and ANDY . I’m a contractor from GTA working in the new construction job sites in Bath and I received help from this guys with drywall delivery in a hard day to me and my company, good job guys and I appreciate all you guys done for us !!! ?
