There is no other opinion here that these people are now getting false reviews from their acquaintances and deliberately defaming the house and the owner. This is shameful. I am surprised whether any close relative of Jay Wat used to live in this house? If there are cockroaches, it simply means that the pest control company is not doing its job responsibly. Questions should be asked to ORKIN. It has been observed that these people do not like Asian people, especially those of Indian origin, and for some reason, they are harboring personal animosity. This should not happen in a country like Canada. I am with the new owner because he is more educated and sensible

This place needs to be shut down. The men who lived here were mistreated, living with cockroaches and mice. We do not need this type of business owner in Powassan.

They seem to do a pretty good job.
They have done some renovation on the outside of building recently. Very old building.
