We’ve happily hired Trenton Dows climate Care in the past for a major HVAC overhaul. That’s why we confidently hired them again !

Under the careful eye of Shawn planning the project with Jeff, very skilled technicians, Cody & Wes were placed in charge to carry out the following scope of work :

Remove 2 propane furnaces & 2 AC units plus 1 hot water tank. Re route & construct openings for many meters of duct work.

Instal heat pump, on demand 🔥water, hepa filter system & new high efficiency propane furnace.

Both Wes & Cody are very friendly, considerate and approachable ! They worked as a team for long hours to expertly complete all the multi complex tasks effortlessly ! They used their initiative & troubleshooting skills often to a high level and degree !!

Just had Dows ClimateCare here putting in a new Air conditioner for us. Excellent service. Josh Ree and Mike were very professional and very caring. They put the Air Conditioner in, explained everything they did so I could understand. They cleaned up once they were done. Very impressed and very happy with the experience. 5 star rating for them.

We had a water heater installed this morning by Mike and Jordan and could not be happier with their work. We received a notification on Thursday morning that they would arrive between 8:30am and 12pm on Friday and they arrived around 8:40am and were finished by 10:30am. They were professional and pleasant and tidied up afterwards. Mike took the time to review what to expect and next steps. Overall, a great experience! We have had our furnace and AC inspection through Dows as well and intend on adding on maintenance packages for all our HVAC systems based on these interactions. We highly recommend them if you want quality service at affordable prices.

Josh and Bud showed up on time and worked very hard all day. They were careful, considerate and included me in every decision that had to be made. They cleaned up any mess, gave me a thorough demonstration on how the system worked. The system works great, it looks good both inside and out. It is very quiet. I'm totally impressed with both the company, product and installers. As an added gesture, Josh helped me carry a mirror up the stairs to the bathroom that I have been renovating and helped me slip it into the clips I had pre installed. I'm a very happy camper. Our air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day of the summer. We called Dows Climate Care at 5:39, they called back at 6:11 and the unit was working by 7pm. Josh was professional, polite, and helped us set up a maintenance plan so our unit runs efficiently.
