I have been seeing Dr. Caroline for several years, as a competitive athlete and a regular human trying to live a long and Active life.

I am very particular about the care I receive and will travel near and far for the right care, as I do understand a substantial amount about the body and how it should function and it’s recovery.

I trust her, not only with my needs as we communicate through pain, referral pain, tears, injuries and surgeries, and I also entrust my family and friends to her expertise.

Caroline has always met my issues with knowledge, honesty, intuition and understanding of my personal and long term goals. She is intuitive and takes the time necessary to understand and care for me as her patient.

Because of her in my tool belt of exceptional experts, I was able to recover from several weaknesses and returned stronger than before.

Best of longevity in your new location, Dr. Caroline.

Not typically one to formally complain but felt i needed to say something so people are aware, especially since i ran into someone else who had a very bad experience. I feel she has potential but maybe is still too new at this and hasnt been mentored under someone for a length of time to excel in her craft as well as learn the ropes of customer service.
I went to her on the belief that she was mentored by the chiropractor I drive 30m to see and thought it wouldbe great to support local especially when i didnt have time to drive all the way to my person or had 3 weeks to wait to get an app. Apparently she tells many people this because the chiropractor i see is so renowned and also teaches at college level and helps professional athletes with failing muscle function but is very hard to get into, she can grow her clientele with this connection alone. However, it was made clear to me that he never mentored her. Frustration and confusion number 1.
However, the biggest complaint i have and what i want to make people aware of is in august of 2017 i was almost not mobile. My back was so sore and in a bind i went to her to try and alleviate my pain until i could go to my regular guy.
A little back story, i am a healthy, active 32 year old with no past issues whatsoever. I do have to be careful and proactive because my job comes with its own basket of problems and i tend to need bi monthly tune ups but other than that no problems.
I went to her for a session and not even 48 hrs later i couldnt move/bend over/sit. I went from being sore to being completely immobile. I was terrified, popping pills by the hour for any relief they would give and frustrated. I contacted my regular guy to see what he suggested and he said give her the chance to make it right and if she doesnt I'll take you at the end of my day until youre better.
I called and set up an app and not only did she take no responsibility for it whatsoever (apparently she did the exact same thing with the other woman i spoke too) but charged me $90 for the session. No discount, no apology, comping the service, no taking responsibility. She was very good though at explaining things and coming off as being extremely knowledgeable. I now recognise this was not the case. As soon as i went back to my regular chirpractor my pain diminished with each session. Unfortunately the damage that was done will take a lot of time to undo (if thats even possible) but i had extensive nerve damage/numbness/blood pulling which in turn affected my gate and put my hips out of alignment. It took 4 months to get back to functional. A year later i still suffer from residual numbness in my toes, very limited flexibility on my right side and soreness when i wake up in the morning (all of these a byproduct of the 1 session i had. I did not experience any of these symptoms before other than a sore back but it was only after playing sports. Now i have it al of the time). I have been told that the problem that was created will be a permanent weakness. And i will always have to be very careful or i could damage it again.
1 little tweak. 1 session. And the rest of my life is going to be different. I can no longer do certain activities because i have to overcorrect my posture and honour the curve my spine so it takes the pressure off the lower lumber. Activities and hobbies i was in or wanted to start are no longer an option for me. Please be careful. Listen to your body. Advocate for yourself and pain is not gain. Your body should never hurt. Soreness is one thing but pain is your body telling you something is wrong.
