I read the Toronto Star article and honestly I don’t care about people’s personal life. Start to use your brain and focus on Dr. Crysler medical experience and preparation. In St. Catharines is really impossible to find out excellent doctors. I had a horrible experience at Phoenix Medical Clinic with Dr. Samuel Onuekwa. He doesn’t know how to visit a child. Very scandalous that he had the license!Unfortunately for him my father is a radiologist with 40 years experience and I can easily recognize very good doctors. Dr. Crysler did very well with my son, he was very accurate and meticulous. It will be a tragedy for our community when he decides to retire. From my side 5 stars fully deserved!Thank you Dr. Crysler!

This doctor is absolutely ignorant and clearly doesn’t care about his patients . I took my 6 year old daughter here for an ear infection. He didn’t speak to her, hardly spoke to me and didn’t provide any clear advice. He just prescribed an antibiotic. I felt sorry for my little girl after this doctor left the room. She was sick, and the lack of compassion he showed her was disgraceful. I will never return here. After doing some research Dr. Crysler lost his medical licence in the State of New York. (Type this doctor’s name into google and you’ll find the Toronto Star article) Meanwhile, somehow Ontario is allowing him to practise. Seems ridiculous however, stay away from this walk-in clinic.

The inside of the building was dirty, in poor condition, and smelled of urine.

Myself and my child were very uneasy on arrival. When the doctor came into the room after seeing another patient he didn't even wash his hands.

Very quick to put my child on unnecessary medication after barely speaking with them. Luckily we requested a second opinion from another doctor.

Felt very uncomfortable the minute I stepped into the clinic. Place looks old and outdated. The pediatrician seemed knowledgeable, but very ignorant. When he asked me to place my newborn on the bed to check him, he didn’t even use a roll of sanitary paper to cover it but luckily I had a mat with me. The bed was very dirty. Then when I asked about his umbilical cord to see if it looked okay, he didn’t even look at it and only looked at the gunk it left on my newborns shirt and said it was okay. Overall he just seemed very unpleasant to be around. Would not recommend this place at all.

The clinic is also very unreliable. I’ve called literally eleven times today to cancel my newborns appointment and no one has picked up. I tried emailing, but the email provided on the website does not work.

If you look up Dr. Chrysler on Google, you will see that he faked his own death in New York in 2001. After that, he showed up in Canada as a pediatrician. What a piece of work. I've seen him before in the past and it was quite a traumatic experience and never went back. Look him up. Don't let him see your children.

Firstly google this doctor - read the article written by the Toronto star. I cannot believe this man can practice in Ontario. Unbelievable.

Second - we had the worst experience with this man. He didn’t tell my daughter what he was doing and just dove right in without speaking to her. He made no eye contact with us and dismissed my daughters symptoms and didn’t answer or address any of our concerns or questions.

To any parents out there, I strongly suggest you avoid this clinic. There are better ones in the area. I now know why there was no wait time and no one waiting to see this man.

Never had any issues. He’s a good dr. And doesn’t mince words. He had always taken time to answer my questions.

We were referred to Dr Crysler by our family doctor on scott street. Since we started visiting Dr Crysler, my kid kept getting sick, multiple times fever, multiple ear infections... my kid went through all kind of antibiotics until one day I did the check up for both of us at his office and noticed he used the same thermometer on my kid and me without changing the tip or even sanitizing it. The thermometer came out of his pants pockets... we even had covid both of us from this office... Since we stopped visiting Dr Crysler my kid got back to normal. if your kid keeps getting fever, having ear infections... please take a video of Dr Crysler on how he uses his thermometer and send it to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario... He is more spreading germs than treating patients... getting people more sick for more cash...
