Was supposed to have an appointment today at 1. Then I get there and I’m told it was at 8:40 this morning. I call BS. The receptionist doesn’t pay attention to anything. She called here to book an appointment for my mother (she had passed 6 months prior and I had called the same week) this receptionist doesn’t listen. Not impressed.

Was a great dr now it’s about jamming people through 15min per getting max Ohip money and booked for three months with just writing scripts as he don’t renew scrips from pharmacist request so if you don’t go see him he for your slot every three months he will drop you as a patient and the bearded dragon of a secretary must work for free as she is awful

I was born with this doctor, a patient my whole life. The past 6 years I have been moved away and today was told my file was closed and I can no longer see my doctor anymore. Awful service after being a patient for close to 30 years. The lady on the phone was not helpful and very rude, she hung up before I could say anything. What a shame. Growing up Dianne was an amazing receptionist. This new lady needs a new career as her helping skills and reception skills are awful.

Had Dr Mulloy since birth, I moved away and when I came back a rude lady on the phone said my file was closed after an appointment was made under my file…. And when I asked her how she was able to book the appointment if my file was closed, she gave me a bogus excuse. Diane was the best and this new girl needs a new career because she is terribly rude and unprofessional. Also, don’t bother calling because they won’t answer the phones.

Caring, compassionate and thorough. "Better safe than sorry" philosophy when it comes to tests. Does not over-prescribe drugs. Great with kids. Everyone should be fortunate enough to have a doctor like Dr. John.

I've been going to Dr mulloy for years but the secretary was extremely rude and no empathy. She needs either training or she needs a new job
