Was dropped as a patient because I hadn't had to see him in a year. Tried to make and an appt today for my Thyroid medication and was told they sent me a couple emails (nonexistant email now) and I am no longer a patient. Good riddance. Met Dr Peterson once ONCE in 5 yrs. Every other time had been residents, trainees. I didn't choose Peterson, he took over Dr Chilvers when Chilvers retired. And that was the only time I saw Peterson. The meet and greet when he took over. Thanks for the push for a new Doctor. I was ready anyways. It's an impersonal franchise of a Doctors office. Choose someone else, honestly. If you're not sick enough in a year to bank profit for him, he'll drop you. I'd give a '0' star instead of 1, but it's not an option

Never saw Dr Peterson ONCE since he took over for Dr Chilvers! Rude receptionists who never answers phones, staff gossips, doctor flirts with the one young nurse... Really unprofessional environment!!! Besides the rude receptionist, gossips, flirting, it bothers me the MOST that I have not MET or SEEN since he took over for Dr Chilvers! When Dr Chilvers was my DR I saw him at every single appointment!!!!!

Dr. Peterson himself is a nice and caring individual. I will say that I'm sick and tired of the condescending women answering the phones. I won't tolerate being spoken to like a two year old, get real. Let your clients finish their sentences before cutting them off, that is a BASIC customer service skill.

He is more of a businessman in make money than a Doctor. You can tell by his ethics, the way his office runs. He had lost his good older nurses and replaced them with new younger nurses (hits on one mainly, a little blonde girl and he’s married). These girls are not knowledgeable enough to making diagnosis but are doing so with little or no direction.
I have been there for 9 years and only seen him once when he introduced himself as I was a new patient. He should be investigated by the medical board and have his license pulled. He has lost all respect from me.

Never saw the same person when going in. I was a patient of Dr. Chilvers. Nobody ever answered the phones, I called while in the waiting room, watched the young girl let the phone ring and their voice mail picked it and it wasn’t busy I was one of two people in waiting room. Sean Peterson cares more about his pay than providing service, he charged me nearly 90$ to complete medical forms and a note for work when I had to go off. Terrible to see Dr. Chilvers practice go down so far from the caring and genuine staff that used to work there. I left his practice due to a misdiagnosis that led me having to goto ED for emergency surgery in 2021 and I have never looked back. My life was nearly taken due to inadequate care I received while being a patient there.

Worst doctor, can never get an appointment better off going to the E.R. as you never see the actual Dr Sean peterson anyways. What's the point in having a family doctor who you never see, guy doesn't know any of his patients because he has 3 nurse practioners that work for him. Charges for new prescription refills.. I've never been charged by any other dr for writing new prescriptions, absolutly ridiculous and do not recommend him to anyone. He also screwed up when my aunt had cancer they treated her with the wrong chemo. And when I tried to make an appointment for my son to do testing for diabetes they said we can make a phone appointment but if I wanted in person I'd be waiting a month. Took him to the E.R where we were admitted all weekend and he was diagnosed a type 1 diabetic. Then also after I made a phone appointment once for my son and waited all morning for them to call me they didn't so I called them to find out they had called my son's father (he never made the appointment and had no idea why they were calling him)

I was a patient of Dr. Chilvers until he retired. I am very grateful he did not leave us hanging in the lurch with no physician. I like Sean Petersen and i find him to be very personable and knowledgeable.

Nurse practitioners are as well educated and have lots of experience, comparable to a family physician. I like two that I have had look after my care.

The biggest complaints I have are:
1. I do not want to change NP's all the time and have to repeat myself. Not their fault at all. I prefer consistency in care. And I understand that is not possible for vacations, etc. It would be more beneficial if we could choose whom to have an appt with while it is being made.

2. The reception needs some work. I have literally seen the elderly with assistive devoces and people who look very ill standing and waiting too long. This is not acceptable at a medical care office. There can be a receptionist sitting there, people chatting and laughing in the background and nobody will make eye contact. The efficiency and friendliness factors need to be increased. Only at the desk, in my experience.

my husband has no issues getting in to see anyone in the office, I'm sick of hearing patients complain about that and everything else, who in this business isn't swamped , you should be lucky to even have a family doctor and besides....nothing wrong with seeing a N.P. .....I think they are more caring and thorough anyways, everyone needs to stop whining and complaining, that's all people ever do
