The support staff have no empathy or sense of urgency. They have dropped the ball more times than not.

Don’t expect them to lift a finger let alone make a phone call if you need something.

I don’t think it’s too much to ask, but I like to be acknowledged when I show up for an appointment. It’s easy to hide behind a computer, and a glass barrier, but I’m just looking for a, “welcome, we’ll be right with you.”

It’s all good though. It was a great teaching moment for my son, who sat patiently waiting.

Customer service is definitely not for everyone.

Our nurse practitioner, on the other hand, was stellar! ?

This review is for Dr. A Hutton :
I recently moved here from the GTA and was looking for a new family Dr for quite some time before that as the one I had was awful. Since I moved here I figured it was best to look in this area for a new Dr. I was recommended to see Dr. Hutton by a paediatrician in the hospital and I am so glad I went with his recommendation ! Dr. Hutton is a wonderful doctor

Dr. Timothy Hutton needs to retire. He is absolutely useless, and is a discredit to his profession. Switch doctors before you die from his neglect. Our elderly neghbour almost died from his lack of care.

Friendly atmosphere but hard to get in touch with. Office hours are not exactly as posted. Can be frustrating to reach, and often not same day appointment in case of cough or cold. Good once you can get in though.
