Doctor Wayda has been my family doctor for year's now. She is a wonderful compassionate doctor and you can really tell she cares. She has always taken time in my appointments and I have never felt rushed. With any concerns I have ever had she has taken the time and care to explain them.
Sometimes call backs take a while and paper work takes a bit to get done but over all a really great practice. Keep up the great work!!! I know you all work hard!!

Dr Wayda has been my Dr many years I find her to be a wonderful & caring She is very compassionate never rushes you through an appointment.She is extremely knowledgeable but will always refer you if she wants another opinion. I feel fortunate to have her as my Dr her staff is very polite and Shannon is also excellent at helping you when you call.

I think Doctor Wayda is a wonderful doctor. She has been our family doctor for the last almost 20 years. She is caring and goes the extra mile. I was a little leery about having a female doctor at first but both myself, my two boys, my wife and my daughter all feel like comfortable with her. I hate seeing people give 1 star to someone who deserves nothing but 5!!!

Never fills scripts so patients go into withdrawl , books appointments months out for children. Lies about pediatrician openings and takes 8 months to do any paper work for kids. Find a new doctor or look a different way.

I am not happy at all !!!!!!!!!

I am not very happy with her and I don't like the way she runs things. My daughter is a patient of hers and Dr. Wayda doesn't help her at all. My daughter and I tell Dr. Wayda what and how my daughter is feeling we have even told her that every time my daughter eats any food at all her stomach hurts so bad and that she gets sick. Dr. Wayda turned around and gave her a pill and said this would help her her stomach and, well it made my daughter even worst where she couldn't get out of bed. My daughter and I find that Dr. Wayda doesn't listen to anything we say she's always rushing us out the door and she always tells us to pick 2 important things on our list that we want to talk to her about. I am looking for a new female Doctor for my daughter one that will help her and listen to what is going on with her. If anybody out there knows of a good female doctor in Port Colborne please help me and let me know.

My boyfriend had to make an appointment over the phone for the next day for severe knee pains. Now obviously making us wait 24 hours wasnt good enough so he also called the clinic who was able to talk to him within half an hour but we decided to keep the appointment for the next day to alert her of how bad his knee problems are and to see if she had any other options for him (because we weren't sure if the clinic would do anything but they ended up being WAY more help then her)
The call this morning lasted 5 minutes and she gave him attitude because he called the walkin even though he was suffering badly and they refused to do anything for him until the next day.
She literally hung up on him once he said I ended up talking to a walkin but still wanted to update you and check for other options.
Also in the last 5 years I've been with him she's never called once or anything for checkups etc., which doctors are supposed to do
So I guess if you want a doctor who doesn't care about you and gets mad when you look for other options then this doctor is the one for you.
I would not want this doctor as my own. I'm glad she's not my doctor because I wouldve called back and lost it. Like I'm so shocked that's how you treat your patients & from the looks of other reviews, she can have a nasty streak.

Drop forms off at Dr.Waydas office, it has been almost 2 full months and still hasnt filled them out. I call twice a week to remind her and pass the message along. All i get is lip service, terrible business practice.
