A great place in North York for your curtain and home decor need. We are highly satisfied with Mark and his staff's super supportive customer service. They not only understand our custom requirement but also take great interest in showing us numerous fabric options which can go well with our budget and blackout needs.
They are very humble and knowledgeable personnels with regards to custom rods sizing, curtain materials and more. We bought 4 sets of living room curtains and 2 sets of blackout privacy curtains for bedroom and the quality of the fabric is worth every penny!! Highly recommended place.

We visited this store twice, and both times were attended by Mark. While the store offers decent fabrics, our experience with Mark was extremely disappointing. During our second visit, we were ready to make a purchase, but Mark kept us waiting for two hours just to receive a quote that could have been prepared in 15 minutes. Throughout the process, he was visibly frustrated, dismissive, and acted as though answering our questions was an inconvenience.

When we requested a written breakdown of the price to help us optimize our costs, he became upset and responded with arrogance and rudeness. His behavior was unprofessional and insulting. Furthermore, he insisted that his prices were the best, yet we later found higher-quality fabric elsewhere at a better price—and were treated with the respect every customer deserves.

Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and we will not be returning. Mark should understand that customers are essential to a business, not the other way around.

Back in April 2022, we connected with Mark at Drapery King after searching for weeks for replacement wooden curtain rod holders (yes, one fell off the wall and broke while Spring cleaning!). I was so happy that Drapery King carried the holders in the style and stain colour needed for a great price!

I contacted Mark by text to confirm if the item was available - he replied promptly and ordered the product for us. It arrived quickly and was exactly what we wanted.

Mark and his staff were extremely helpful during my recent purchase of 5 sets of custom made sheers. Drapery King has a wide variety of fabrics and accessories, while both ready made and custom made drapes are reasonably priced. During the selection process I appreciated the fact that Mark did not rush me in making a decision and encouraged me to take my time. The sheers arrived on schedule and were beautifully made. With 2 sets, where I was not happy with my colour choice, Mark went above and beyond my expectations in coming up with a solution to rectify the situation.
