We are a supplier, not a customer but they callus about a drill we'd sold to find a solution to drilling 3" holes in 3" thick steel and though we don't have the perfect machine, William was a fast responder and willing to take a look at alternatives we offered.
I was so impressed at their apparent competence and trust, I offered to lend them rare 1 spdl Natco drill at no charge until their job is working and then "pay us what you think it's worth'.

These people are fantastic fabricators along with providing great customer service at a fair price. I have used them for a number of jobs.

The largest job was a set of steps and landing made from aluminum for maintenance free use. I found out they manufactured all the fire escape steps/landings for the local hospital expansion. I took them a photo of what I was looking for in design along with measurements. The result was a fantastic looking, well fabricated, and strong set of steps and landing which will require no maintenance.

A buddy of mine, who is a welding instructor, examined them and approved of their work.

Another job they did was remanufacturing the bearing on a swivel wheel from a cutter machine. The original design was a cheap nylon insert. They replaced it with a bronze bearing and remanufactured the worn axle. I drilled and tapped it myself to install a grease fitting so it will never wear out again hopefully.

And the last job I can recall them doing for me was straightening some very old, heavy, and long pry bars which were bent by guys working for me at removing an old stone foundation. The moral of that story is never lend your tools to someone else, and especially when you are not going to be around to supervise. The folks at Dundas Machine said they could easily straighten them for me, and they were returned in perfect true condition better than before they were bent.

I would not hesitate to take another job to these folks, whether it is big or small.
