I have been going to Durand on Duke st for a few years now and have benefited from many of their services. I must say if you are looking for a great deep massage go to Ola. She is fantastic. If you are looking for a true Acupuncture go to Spring. She was able to help me reduce the frequency of my migraine attacks and since my treatment I’m able to sleep deeply. I highly recommend Durand Health.

I went for a Massage Treatment and Chiropractor Assessment today. I was scared at first because I've never seen a Chiropractor before. Christina who did my massage, it was wonderful. I left feeling so much better, no tension or stiffness. And Jessica was so informative with all the information. They both made me feel at ease. I highly recommend going to feel better. I will definitely be going back.

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Greg Bolger (Chiropractor). I was referred to Dr. Greg by more than one person and I can see why. He was very professional and personable at the same time which made my first chiropractic experience stress free. Before he preformed his adjustments, he explained what he was going to do and constantly made sure that I was comfortable. He had me leaving feeling great and sent me on my way with numerous exercises to better my affected areas. I can't wait to book with Dr. Greg again.

I have had the pleasure of going to the Durand Integrated Health Group on two separate occasions, and have more appointments booked. The clinic, is clean, well organized and has taken every precaution to make you feel safe, even during our current pandemic. The front staff, greet you with smiles, ensure you are taken care of and are prepared for your appointment. My first appointment was with Christine, RMT. She was knowledgeable, and very comforting over all. She did an excellent job listening to my needs and helping me come up with a solution, she checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure I felt taken care of. The second visit was to see one of the chiropractors, Dr. Kayla Rynne. Kayla spent over an hour with me going through my medical history and coming up with a treatment plan to hopefully help relieve some of my pregnancy discomforts. I felt confident with her abilities knowledge and the treatment I received. I have more appointments booked and I look forward to being treated by Dr. Rynne and Christine again later this month. Just another point, despite being located in downtown Hamilton where parking can be a nightmare, they have free parking for their patients located at the back of the building. Yay for that!!

I've used several of their services over the last year (massage therapy and dietitian). Never had a bad experience. Staff is absolutely lovely, attentive, engaging. Place is super clean and smells nice, and generally great atmosphere. Highly recommend this gem.

I'm so grateful to find an excellent certified Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner in Hamilton! Thank you Chun Hui Spring Shen for sharing your skills with freeing blocked energies and restoring my body and mind to a healing state. TCM is such a gentle and yet powerful approach to wellness. I came with multiple concerns and soon was deeply relaxed in the cupping and acupuncture treatments. I especially liked the head, neck and face massage treatments which helped my eye strain and posture! Highly recommended!

Very professional physio and massage therapy services, with dr Gelinas who is experienced in processing motor vehicle accident cases, Margaret is a remarkable physio therapist who assesses injuries and provides guidance for independent exercises as well as coordinates massage therapy with the very able and attentive Sheldon. Highly recommended especially to people who have no idea what to do after an accident.
