I have been seeing Jane for acupuncture since December and have loved my experience with her. The treatment is always very relaxing, thorough, and I leave feeling rejuvenated. Highly recommend.

Had 3 appointments cancelled back to back because either supplied weren't available or the practitioner was sick. At the last appointment the practitioner didn't even bother to show up & I was asked to go back home & that they'll get in touch to book a 4th appointment. Been almost a month, still haven't received a call. Others might have had good experience, I sure didn't.

Attended for RMT and was happy with the service. Since then, ive been canceled on x2 including an hour and a half prior to my apt after planning/arranging my day. Enough for me to try elsewhere at this point. Other reviews had the same issue.

The three practitioners and experienced receptionist I regularly saw over the course of 2 years were lovely. But they seemed the exception. The business model is not good to individuals seeking care, there is no access to the MD on staff. I experienced personal, financial and professional privacy concerns. This is a privatized healthcare model without empathy. Read: profit over people, it feels cold and empty because it is cold and empty. The acoustics of the whole building mean you can hear every conversation and ‘private’ appointment through the walls, halls, and floors. Enjoy your massage/acupuncture while the sounds of a crying patient in therapy upstairs can be heard clearly over the bad music the therapist can’t change. Or try discussing your feelings and diet while someone in the next room is getting an uncomfortable adjustment or stretching advice you can hear so clearly you could take notes. And the lobby should not be a place therapists discuss patient session details or issues but you can overhear that too from the waiting room.

The staff at this location and the facility itself are absolutely wonderful. Had a 45 minute massage with Amelia and she did a lovely job. Thank you again, I will be returning!
