Biggest scammers ever. Installed a window and it leaked from day 1. They promised they would repair or replace. Did not stand by their warranty at all. Would MEVER recommend buying from these thieves. Gord and his sidekick are brutal. 2 years of dealing with them and never fixed a thing after sending out 3 different “experts” as they referred to them. Absolute hacks. Good luck if you buy from them.

Daniel and Nick did a great job installing my front door and frame. They were friendly, answered my questions. You could see them put effort to make sure installation was good and precise. I really appreciated their attention to detail and them making sure the door integrates nicely with the existing house.

We decided to replace our vintage glass slider windows with beautiful Vinyl Windows from DuraVu, we are absolutely ecstatic with the results. From the sales representative Chad, to their receptionist Holly and installers Scott and Mike the professionalism and expertise was exceptional. Scott especially takes an enormous amount of pride in his work, on time, worked quickly and left our house as he found it ... maybe even a little cleaner. We could not be more pleased and would highly recommend them to others. I should mention their quote was substantially lower than the next of 3 quotes.

My 600 lb bay window installed with precision for a perfect fit thanks to the expert installation by Issac and Nick. Their work ethics were exemplary with great personalities to match. Very efficient and did a great job with all the windows and they cleaned the work site with attention to detail. They were very professional and considerate. A big shout out to them for a job well done and also to Chad for his patience and expertise in helping me decide on my windows. I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with him.

Our second experience purchasing windows from DuraVu for our home was the same as our first—excellent! Every service aspect was professional, reliable, high-quality, and very respectful. The installers, Isaak and Nick, were friendly, hard-working young men with excellent people skills. Even our dog loved them! Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this company.

We had an overall bad experience with DuraVu. We were expecting 5-star service and received 1-star service. We had the wrong trim delivered (the original trim wasn't measured), the first crew that was sent was very unprofessional, it took over a year to finish installation, there was very little communication, our custom window was delivered without frost even though it was in the contract and crew showed up without necessary scaffolding - further delaying the completion date. We are still waiting on a mesh screen as well as two replacement windows. To their credit, Gord gave us a 10% discount for our troubles, which is why we gave them a star instead of zero. We sincerely hope that DuraVu improves its practices and no one goes through what we went through.

Update: It's been over 2 months and they still haven't delivered our screen for the window from their last visit. Gord and his team have not reached out to resolve any of this and we have to keep reminding them to no avail. This is NOT how you run a successful business.

Had several windows and a sliding glass door installed by Duraview. Everyone was very professional and the windows were installed to complete satisfaction, however the install was several weeks later than the salesman said it would be and the door they installed is warped and doesnt close properly. We were told the door would be replaced with a new one at no extra cost and weve never heard back. The installation was done the 2nd week of December. This review was written on February 23rd. Very unhappy and would not recommend them.
