Went in looking to find my mother a mobility scooter to help her post-surgery. They couldn’t even be bothered to get out from behind the desk to talk to us. Instead of trying to find a solution just a flat “we don’t sell that”. Clearly the size of the store is meant to make up for lazy employees

Quality not there Brace had threads when shown and purchased - all did. I needed one however and trusted the medical shop Its been a month and its almost garbage The fabric was peeling and falling apart right away. Their return does not allow me to do anything. Stuck with a terrible quality purchase A con to the shop aswell: states they will fit and measure. They did not they assumed my size and wouldn't show me other options.

Great place to deal with. Wonderful staff, everyone goes out of their way to help.

A great range of medical supplies and devices that you can rent or purchase. The only downside is that there is sometimes limited supply of in demand items such as bandages. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A one stop shop in the Durham Region.

Absolutely top notch experience at Durham Medical today purchasing a lift chair. Desiree Nidoy helped us and she was fantastic, as was every other person working there we encountered. 100% would recommend.
