After 4 days of hoping my hearing loss (in one ear) would magically reverse all on its own… I called first thing in the morning and was able to book a ‘consult’ for the afternoon of the same day. The receptionist, whose name I neglected to ‘note’ was very helpful and very friendly. The Audiologist, Karine Bosse (accent on the e) was able to assess, diagnose, and clear the (unexpected) ear wax from my ear canal which resulted in a full restoration of my hearing! She was very thorough, very professional and very capable… and I am now very happy, very thankful and very honoured to highly recommend.

I booked a hearing test here after seeing all the great reviews and wasnt disappointed! The test was very comprehensive and the audiologist took the time to explain all the results in detail at the end. The staff is also super friendly. Highly recommend!

I wish all businesses and providers could deliver service and support at the level I experienced at Echo Audiology.

Every question I had was answered with care and specific details. The paperwork they provided me was clear, exact and comprehensive. The environment was super clean, professional yet warm.

When we first found out we needed a hearing test, we decided to call Echo Audiology, as we have heard good things about their services. Not only did we receive an appointment in a good timeframe time, when we arrived, we were very impressed with the clinic as a whole! Their COVID protocols are amazing, their staff are kind and friendly, and the main office space is very clean, comforting and so professional! We received such great service from the Audiologist, Karine Bossé, She is very knowledgeable and explained all the tests and results with confidence - all while answering our millions of questions! She had created a clear plan for the way forward, which made a tough situation much easier to bear and understand. Looking forward to our next appointments! Thank you again!
