I wish I could give 10 stars!!! I called on Friday afternoon in a bit of a panic, needing a power bed for my Dad who was in desperate need after a fall. Frank was amazing to deal with , and was able to squeeze us in for Monday !! Delivered a power bed and additional medical supplies that we needed asap! Also had the best prices across the board. Can not say enough great things about how he went above and beyond, totally recommend!!!

I was disappointed today after hearing from Frank. I needed to get a raised toilet seat for my father. I talked to an associate and she told me to rent it for a month and if I decided to keep it after a month she would charge me the 37.00 less the 17.00 monthly fee. After a number of months I received a call from Frank. He said I owed 68.00 in rental fees to date. I explained I assumed the associate charged me the full fee and I owed the seat. He said there was nothing in the paperwork. Frank told me I could pay him the 68.00 and keep the seat. I refused and said I would come in and pay the fee, return the seat. When I attended the office, I returned the seat. I asked to pay the bill and wanted a receipt marking paid in full. Frank was not able to provide me copies of my bill for some reason, he went on shoot sending me one invoice in the mail but, failed to send any other monthly charges. I found the entire experience very odd. I paid by debit card and had Frank write paid in full on the back of the debit receipt. I know I was just taken. I had no paperwork and neither did Frank. He is the business I’m not sure what his excuse could be? Turns out a simple 37.00 bill turned into 68.00 because Econo Medical did not handle paperwork very well. Shame on me for not ensuring the paperwork. If you deal with us company, please be careful.

We were looking for a Walker and then a wheelchair for Mom. Frank was extremely professional, helpful and understanding. There was no hard sell. He offered several options for us to consider. We rented with an option to buy. We eventually did. They offer top quality equipment at very reasonable prices. But the thing that needs special mention is the unexpected after service call a week or so later checking in to ensure that everything was OK with our purchase and the offer to revisit it if need be. That's the mark of a professional. Thank you Frank! We will definetely recommend Econo-Medical to anyone who asks.

Do not deal with this company, delay after delay after delay. Used COVID as and excuse to get hardware for a railing. I have never seen such an excuse orientated business. I believe they get federal contracts for veterans, overcharge and just never get around to doing the actual job. Pathetic.
