Best lashes of my life!
First the overall experience - Amber and the team have the most chill, authentic energy and it's such a lovely space to be in. Plus I always get amazing retention, nothing but compliments on how good, and how natural, my lashes look. Can't say enough good things about Effortless Beaute.

I had the most amazing experience at Effortless Beaute! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Amber is incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and truly passionate about her work. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. My lashes look absolutely stunning—full, natural, and perfect!

READ BEFORE YOU BOOK

I booked a lash appointment with Amber on a Tuesday. On the day of, I noticed it had been cancelled so I called. She told me there was a “glitch in the booking system” and that the 6:30 slot had been taken. No problem, so I booked another appointment for Thursday (2 days later). She sent me a text confirmation. She cancelled AGAIN on the day of. No email and no text notifying me. The only reason I found out was because I checked ClassPass. When I texted her at 3pm, she didn’t reply until 10pm that day casually saying she was sorry she had to cancel and that she can fit me in next week. Super frustrating since I have a wedding this weekend. When I asked why she had to cancel again, she came back with a “medical emergency”. Considering that I’ve read a similar review, I highly doubt it. You can only use the “glitch in the booking system” excuse so many times. She knew I was upset so she offered to take me the next morning. Needless to say if you have an important event you need a service for, Amber cannot be trusted.
