If you love yourself you wouldn't go there.
As I visited the Concession festival yesterday a very nice and polite girl stopped me and asked me to give a chance to this place. I told her that I don't trust random salons and that I go just to the ones that family visited and trust. That's why I drive all the way to Toronto and I was planning to go there on Monday for a simple clean up of the end of my eyebrows. She insisted to give them a chance and told me that they'll all gonna do is a clean up if I tell them that that's what I want. And that's what I said, but instead of that their aesthetician decided that she wanted to wax my brows top, bottom and between my eyes that I had no hair in order to start growing some and "need facial and toner to get rid of them if they start growing" as she said!
Of course extra on that, she pulled the wax so badly that I had to go straight home because my eyes were so red and started to swell. When I went home and after putting ice to take the swelling and redness down I realized that she wounded my eyes.
NEVER AGAIN!!!

To answer your question... as I said, NEVER AGAIN!
Do you really believe that I would put myself in this situation again?
My eyes are still swollen and red 2 days after! I didn't have any sun exposure as I live in the area and I was wearing mask sunglasses, so don't blame the sun for your employees mistakes. And my eyebrows are always like that but longer! She shorten them and put wax on top and between my eyebrows that I didn't even had hair!

If you care about your customers as you said, you should make sure that your employees listen to your customers requests and don't do whatever they want in order to bring them back for facials to fix the problem, because they definitely won't trust you to touch them again!
