I found this on Dr Deny’s. I saw him last year and he mis diagnosed me as being allergic to grass and dust. I come outside with my dogs all the time with no socks or shoes. If I was allergic to grass I would be really sick. I will NEVER being going to him again!!!

I recently visited Dr. Allen Denys' at the Lasalle Essex County Respiratory Centre and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care and kindness I received from the entire staff that went above and beyond, from the moment I walked in until the moment I left.

I always struggle with breathing tests due to my asthma, however, the staff at the centre were patient, understanding, and walked me through the process with great care. Their compassion and support made a significant difference in my experience.

Only a few days ago, I had a severe asthma attack and found myself in a random clinic where I was prescribed an $130 inhaler with no health benefits at this time as I am 25 years old. Dr. Denys surprised me with an incredible act of kindness by providing me with five inhalers free of charge. Moreover, they even assured me that if my benefits did not materialize, their office would supply me with inhalers as needed. This gesture of generosity truly brightened my day and lifted a weight off my shoulders during this challenging time in my life. Truly a place where patients are treated with compassion, empathy, and genuine care. Their dedication to their patients' well-being is evident in every interaction. I am profoundly grateful for their exceptional service and their commitment to going the extra mile to help those in need.

If you are in search of a respiratory therapy centre that provides top-notch care, understanding, and generosity, I wholeheartedly recommend this centre. You will not only receive excellent medical attention but also experience the kindness and compassion that make a world of difference.

Dr Denys is one of the most thorough doctors I had ever seen. I am very impressed with his attention to detail. I’ve never experienced such good medical care as with Dr Denys. I would highly recommend him.

I had the worst experience with Essex County respiratory services...I feel that they need to teach their employees how to communicate with the patients and not roll their eyes every time you did something wrong .. I was treated unfairly I felt disrespected and was told that if a 6 year old or an old lady can do the breathing test than me being a middle aged man that's around 30 years old should have no problem doing the test. And if I can t do the test I was told to leave. She compared me and judged me even after I had told her I was recently badly injured in a motor cycle accident. I feel like she should have had more patience and sympathy instead of rolling her eyes at me.
I called in to complain and the receptionist told me to not worry about the complaint and to call the sleep clinic.
100% over all bad experience.

I was very happy with treatment today feom the secretary to the breathing test technician .. but especially Dr. Deny’s assistant who was very thorough … an dr deny who was very compassionate an thorough an helpful !!!!finally a good doctor visit !!!!

I went to my appointment for 7.30am (im a snowstorm) and could not find the place. I googled the phone number and called but no one answered. I drove around the plaza 4 times and still couldn’t find it so left. When I got home i called and the receptionist whose’s name starts with a “J” told me that I cancelled my appointment yesterday at 10am at the Lasalle location. Didn’t even know there was a location in Lasalle and surely don’t know the number. She just kept on insisting that I canceled my appointment. She was very rude. So even if I would have found the place, no one was there. I even tried to call while waiting in the parking lot but there was no answer and no recording. I was told that the RT would not answer the anyway even if she was there. You would think that if someone has an appointment at 7.30am and the phone rings that someone would answer it just in case that person has a problem finding the place or something. Anyway this is the worst service that I have been provided. I was told that there is a $75 fee for cancelled appointments in 24hr period so I think they owe me $75 dollars for canceling my appointment in error and them being so rude about it.

Awesome staff wait time was minimal. Dr Deny was crucial in my diagnosis that had been misdiagnosed for years can't thank him and his staff enough.
