Had an A1 experience with Nurse Practitioner Jessica today. She was knowledgeable, kind and very confident in providing care. I’ve been a client of EMCFTHT for over 10 years and am very happy with service provided by staff, they are professional and hard working. I did not rate 5 stars solely due to amount of time it takes to reach a live person when calling on telephone. Once call is answered the attendant is very good however, my personal experience in the past includes waiting up to 45 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Hope feedback is useful.

My doctor moved here, and since he has moved the service and treatment towards myself and my daughter has dropped. I literally had someone just hang up on me because I requested a specific person. They have been delinquent when sending off requests for treatments and care. They have forgotten to complete paperwork. Complete tardiness. They have continuously dropped the ball with contact and re confirming information. They have sent me to a referral that had zero to do with the issue at hand. It’s literally chaos trying to get someone who wants to be a decent humane in that office. Nadia is the only one who seems to care and I wish there were more of her within the clinic. She does go above and beyond. I love my Dr. But his staff makes it extremely hard for anyone to want to be a patient there. Think twice before visiting this clinic.

Usually when I come here the doctors are very nice and the customer service is very good but today when I went for a checkup and had a different doctor he didn’t even examine me he didn’t check my heart rate or temp . Today I had a different doctor (doc.dhansa) he was asking ME what to do when I came for blood work. He also didn’t show any sympathy or kindness at all.

Pretty sad when you rush to make it before the 12pm closing for walk in on a Sunday not to be told on the two phone calls you made that they will close early whenever the doctor decides. Show up to the walk in to be empty and be told doctor isn’t taking more patients it’s full booked whenever no one is there then to be told two patients are in rooms.. at 11:30.. what’s the point of avoiding to go to the other walkins that are more convent to go to and not be turned away to rush to make it to your family doctor walk in not to have a time they stopped taking patients by. Every other walkins do but not this one? Make some changes if you refuse to take patients before 11:30am then let the patients know this!!!

Our family became patients of Dr. Yoshida during the pandemic when we moved back to Canada. I was impressed that Dr. Yoshida had read and became familiar with our medical records prior to our first appointment. She has been our family doctor since then and we are very happy with her bedside manners, knowledge, and the way she addresses our medical needs. The receptionists have been helpful and polite when we have contacted the office (usually takes 10 to 15 minutest of waiting), and the nurses have always been friendly and efficient. Overall, we are happy with EMC.

Wonderful medical office. It is on the newer side so always feels very clean. I absolutely love my family doctor. The other nice thing about this office is that if your family doctor is not available same day to see you they have other doctors on staff that will see you and in my experience they have all been wonderful, helpful and warm. I also love that when you call reception to make an appointment it will give you an estimated wait time and tell you where you are in the queue. Often the line moves very quick. The staff is also very friendly and helpful when I call. Thank you EMC!

I've had to deal with this medical centre for prescription renewals for my mother. We had a pharmacy fax multiple renewal requests for a prescription, but the reception claims never to have received them. The pharmacy is a bit of a marvel too, so we tried another pharmacy. Same issue, multiple faxes that the medical centre never received. The pharmacy is obviously not the issue; how can you misplace four faxes?

The reception is rude and unresponsive. My mother's doctor seems to be absent quite frequently and also seems unresponsive.

the doctors here are very kind but the receptionists are very disrespectful and just outright mean! every single time i’m on the phone with them they continuously talk under their breath. i was having trouble hearing on the phone, the volume of her voice was very very low (problem wasn’t from my end) and i kept saying pardon and the receptionist was getting very frustrated with me when all i wanted was to double check what time my appointment was. she said “you can’t hear me right? pardon pardon pardon oh my god. you’re appointment is for 10:45”. i didn’t even say anything i was so in shock. she then just hung up. this isn’t the first time i experienced such rudeness from the receptionists at this centre. incredible that they still have jobs here.
