Dr. Patel and Kayla are some of the most professional, kind, and considerate people I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

I have zero complaints about this establishment. Dr. Patel was very kind, took the time to explain to me anything and everything I needed to know and you can tell she is passionate and genuine about what she does.

Kayla was extremely helpful and helped me work through some time constraints and offered solutions and alternatives, without hesitation, whenever I had an obstacle.

There is a reason this office has so many 5 star reviews! The office is clean, bright and inviting and the staff are incredibly welcoming. Dr. Patel is so knowledgeable and knows how to adjust her technique and approach to the age of the client. My 2 year old had such a positive experience. We are so happy we found Eyes on Georgina for our family's optometry care.

I'm so glad Dr. Patel opened this location! I appreciate how clearly Dr. Patel communicates, always in a very friendly and efficient manner. Kayla is excellent at helping with eyeglass selection, offering to order in variations to be sure you're happy with them. Overall, the team at the front desk is amazing, and the selection of frames is great. My teens have also been positive about their experiences. Thanks!

This is an unusual review. I have an elderly relative we've been trying to get into for an eye exam and to purchase new glasses. In the meantime, they have saved her existing glasses after they were stepped on and looked done for. They did this for free. When my relatives health deteriorated more they offered to come to her senior residence nearby to measure her for new glasses. They have been kind and considerate and am sorry we have not been able to make a purchase from them. Wonderful staff.

Wonderful experience! Our entire family had our first visit in April '22. Usually I dread the eye drops and the puff test was always an arduous process. Dr. Patel made it all SO EASY! She really knows her stuff! Kayla was so helpful finding my husband the right glasses. The glasses were ready within a week and she made the paperwork a cinch. Even the children enjoyed the entire experience. Next time, there won't be a battle to get anyone to book their appointment.

Dr. Patel is amazing. Wanted to try out this new practice in the area for a while. Reception is very friendly and accomodating. My husband got something in his eye from work and she managed to work him into her schedule the same day he visited. He was very impressed, so we booked eye exams. She is great with kids and takes the time to explain what she is doing and what it means for your eye health. Great first experience for my kids, we will definitely be back.

In all these years l have never had an optometrist like Dr Patel. She is caring and does a fantastic job. I’ve sent many people to her that agree. She is always on time and explains any concerns in detail without you feeling like she wants to get to the next patient. No wonder she is ranked the best optometrist in Keswick!!
