I just purchased a Jura J8 from Patrick and Mario here at Faema (Hamilton). I have to say this was such a fantastic purchase experience. Patrick took me through the machine with great explanation and Mario helped me finalize my decision. Thank you both very much I am very happy with my machine as well as the customer service. I received the very best customer service from Mario on 2 occasions. He took the time to fully explain and demonstrate the espresso machine (E8) that I purchased. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Patrick is also great to deal with. Overall my experience was excellent and would not hesitate to recommend this location.

Great experience had at the Hamilton location from both Mario and Patrick. We bought a Jura S8 and I’m new to the coffee world however both Mario and Patrick took the time to explain the machine thoroughly. They also demonstrated how to use it to get the most out of it, by far the best experience we have had from a store. We will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

Great customer service friendly staff. I had my S9 for 16 years. It needed repair and has been out of commission for almost a year. My husband brought it to FAEMA in James N. They did a wonderful job fixed it for 39% cheaper than previous quotes. They also included printed and concise instructions to restart the machine since I did not have, my with my Jura manual. I will continue to buy products from them.

Patrick was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, answering every question we had and guiding us to make the best decision on a machine that would fit our lifestyle and desires best!
Never any pressure or judgement for those relatively new to the espresso scene, and we learned SO much!

I had an absurd experience when I went to return substandard product. My experience may have been different if the gentleman Mario had been available, but my luck was dealing with the guy with two brain cells. In a nutshell, I went to try their brands of beans, and I've been thinking of buying a Jura machine. I am not daunted by the $4000 price tags. I'm wealthy. I thought I'd start with their beans. I was offered several sample drinks and reached for the closest product beside the checkout as I was told that is what I had sampled. Ten days later, I opened the package and found dry small beans, with absolutely no aroma. That's when I saw they were 2.5 years old. 6 months past their sell by. I was completely miffed. Why give me tasting samples, tell me the one I liked was such and such, and not bother to mention I was about to purchase old beans, not what I'd sampled? Dissatisfied, I returned. I explained what I've written here, and asked why hadn't they mentioned this detail? Sherlock said, "normally we do, we must have forgot." Following that revelation, he proceeded to argue with me in his crowded little shop with other customers listening nearby. Giving one excuse after another, why it was my fault, and no refund would be forthcoming. Seriously? He couldn't just get me out the door with fresh beans and win over a repeat customer? I didn't want to argue with that level of density, and pettiness, so I left him with my bag of beans and the $$ I paid for them. I'll be buying a Jura from the competition when the time comes.
