First Class Delivery Service - Sydney, Nova Scotia

Usually first class is good. Today I order a fish burger from A&W and the lady taking my order assumed I wanted one from McDonald's. Long story short I paid $30 dollars for McDonald's quality which I didn't want. They even got me root beer. I called and the lady who took the order refuses to take any responsibility or give us any future deal for the mistake. She said I didn't say A&W. My grandma was the witness that I did and it was her whole idea.

Don't assume a fish burger from somewhere else when I literally said A&W just because you don't think they have them. They do have them for limited time.

One star is generous. First Class Delivery doesn’t actually verify your address when you place an order, even when you clearly confirm it with the dispatcher. I gave my full address and mentioned the area. Two and a half hours later, I had to call them, only to find out they “couldn’t find it.” I spelled it out again, and only then did someone in the background say, “Ah hah, I told you it was in [that area].” Real professional, right?

And if that wasn’t enough, when the driver finally showed up an hour later, they forgot two of the three items I asked for. I still tipped the driver $5 because I'm not sure if it was their fault or not. Maybe it's a lack of training, or they leave it up to the driver to either memorize the order or write it down.

This was my second messed-up order, and definitely my last. Didn't even get an apology from any of them. Take your business elsewhere.

Worst delivery service ever!! They took 2 and half hours to delivery my order. Also, the delivery guy was telling bullshit lie. He said he came in my house earlier and knocked my door and he just left without even trying to give me a call! That the story he told me when he came to deliver the order after 2 and half hours. Poor boy he didn’t knew that i have a camera!

So apparently placing orders through first class means you get ripped off and are told that you are always short on payment when the order arrives and I know I never am and then to be told that I'm going to get cut off because their driver is lying. They have too many people that work for them that are ripping people off and they just don't realize it. I thought first class was a great company at one time but now I'm not thinking that anymore.

I never used them before and gave them a shot. They got my item wrong. I asked for Nicorette nicotine lozenges but instead they got me Life brand which is more of a candy instead of a lozenge regardless of what it says on the box. Lame. At least I got something I guess.

Horrible experience. As a regular customer since it first opened ,early 90s I believe. I have always tipped well ,been nothing but polite,even though they take a long ,long time.
Since about a month ago , service has taken a major nosedive. Delivery takes at least two hours every shot. I am currently waiting for a delivery that was ready to be picked up at 4 o clock ,it's now 8:14 and still nobody here. That isn't even the worst part. The guy who answered the phone is ignorant,short tempered and argumentative. Totally counter productive to yell in your customers ear because I am wondering where my delivery is . I got hung up on ,and told basically a bunch of bull.. excuses basically saying it's my fault because I called at there busy time . Also,I have been charged the wrong price every single time they come it's a different price. I assume they take it as tips...if u didn't presumably take it ,you would have likely gotten one...never again though. I am so disappointed that a local company is so rude and hard to deal with. As of now ,I don't even want to call there ever again. It's terrible to be screamed at BC you are wondering about your delivery that has taken almost 4 hours.

Sydney's favourite Delivery service and all it takes is a call to have their drivers bring you whatever you can think of right at your doorstep.
There isn't much competition for First Class in the vicinity other than Food delivery apps such as Doordash who has 0$ delivery fee.
Drivers are quick and mostly carry the full order without any mistake. Overall their service has been quite excellent
