Went into store. Told have to make appointment. But instead if making one for me while I was there, told me to go home and email for appointment. After I emailed took one day to respond asked me a question I already told them the answer in the store. After I responded, took another day to respond with another irrelevant question. After I responded to that, another day passes before they email me to ask me for preference for day and time. I emailed right back with date preference, another passes they come back and say the earliest appointment is 2 weeks away. All of which can be said right when I was there in the store yet they string you along with 3 days of email before disclosing first available appointment date which is 2 weeks away. Worse operation and customer experince I have had in my life. Simply absurd.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Henry Bharrat, who provided outstanding support in helping me choose, adjust, and purchase my CPAP equipment. What a great experience! I was so nervous going in for my initial setup having never had a CPAP before. Henry was phenomenal! He explained everything in an easy to digest, user-friendly fashion and answered all my questions (to which there were many). I was able to go home with 2 different masks so I can test out which one I like best before I purchase my own mask. And I truly appreciate that there was no up selling on other items, like brushes or cleansers. A big thank you to Henry and the rest of the team for making this such a painless process!

Was a first-time buyer that went online and absorbed a bunch of information before heading into my purchase... someone on Reddit recommended FPM and indeed, I was VERY happy! Excellent help and information and no harsh up-selling or sales tactics (common complaint online)... and they very helpful! Great customer service. Staff are knowledgeable and willing to go through every detail of your CPAP machine. Mask trial program was very helpful in finding the right fit.
