I purchased my PatCom Endoscopy equipment with high expectations and the PatCom team have exceeded them! As a FEES provider since 2008, I have used many of the brands out there and I decided to go with PatCom when purchasing for my own private practice. What sold me on PatCom were the things I have found lacking when dealing with other brands. Namely, they offer a customized, personalized report template, the software is super user-friendly (so easy to insert images and captions into reports!), they are immediately available for any technical questions, they have provided me guidance and resources for starting my Mobile FEES practice and most importantly they CARE! The quality is fantastic and the price point is right. I have worked with numerous systems in the past in Voice Centers and Hospitals and PatCom equipment is definitely comparable with the big names for FEES + Videostrobe. I love its portability for my private practice. My ENTs love the images I'm able to capture and my patients love the video clarity with features to move frame by frame during my explanations. I like that cleaning time is only 8 minutes and super easy for mobile FEES. The team at Patcom are responsive immediately to any question whether big or small. I love the "remote" in feature when navigating the system in the begining. This team is full of respect and support of the SLP needs. I can't say enough positive reviews about this purchase.
