Been a customer for 7 years and after yesterday I’ll no longer be supporting this business. When walking in all you smell is cleaning chemicals and where you go to fill your water. There’s a bucket with Mr.Clean cleaner sitting next to the fill station and a random scrubber sitting on the platform. If they’re wiping down the hoses and nozzle where the water comes out that can make people very sick. Sad too see this place turn upside down and not care about cleanliness.

This store is horrible. The hours on the door are never correct. Went there today Friday Oct 6th hours posted below, should be opened 9-4. Was there at 10 am and also tried again at 1pm, not opened. This happens pretty much every long weekend. We have mentioned it once to one of the employees who stated the owners had a family emergency. Convenient that there is an emergency every time it’s a long weekend. Better business practice would be to state you are closing for the long weekend rather than having customer coming and wasting their time. We will finish up our refills and find a different business to support.

The water store is great, they always have the filters I need in stock, and have many jugs of water on hand. It's always convenient to stop in and buy the water I need. The jug credit system they have is awesome. I pre pay for the water jugs and pick up whenever I need to

The staff are super nice and knowledgeable, and patient with my many questions about the different kinds of water

Excellent customer service today! The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Extremely clean environment too. Love the idea of washing your bottles instead of just rinsing them! Excited to start getting our bottles filled here from now on.

I gave a very bad review a while ago due to lack of communication on the management's part with us the purchaser. The item we were waiting for was delayed, due to Covid complications. That is understandable and I would have been OK with it had someone called & told me.
Anyway - that's now water under the bridge - the part came in & 2 technicians came & set everything up & we are very satisfied!!

Vitaly & Irina (and their staff) are absolutely wonderful! I found these guys by chance after moving into the area in February and took the plunge into the Reverse Osmosis system. After price shopping, The Water Store’s shelf price was about $300 less than every other location I had looked into.

This is a family owned business and the owners are genuine, down to earth and kind. I felt completely comfortable with Vitaly. I met him for the first time in person when he came to do an inspection for the water system to make sure everything worked and would fit. Not only was he kind, but he was completely thoughtful. He removed his shoes each time he came into the house and before he opened any cupboard to check for water lines, he asked for my permission. I was really impressed and felt valued as a customer and home owner.

When I got home after the R/O system was installed, the kitchen was left spotless. If not for the new tap and thoughtful note, I wouldn’t even have know anyone had been in the house.

I 100% recommend these guys and will be sure to recommend them to anyone I know looking for a water system.

Do not waste your money here.

They do not honour hours of operation and never answer their phones. Plus they claim to deliver water, but when you call to schedule a delivery- they do not answer or once they do they say call back tomorrow to schedule!?!

Very disappointed in the business ethics. Overall, a poorly run business and I do not anticipate them being in business much longer. So I will be cancelling my subscription soon.
