We are so lucky to have this clinic in the Valley! Jessica is beyond amazing, and has been life changing for our family. Worth every penny for the subscription. Before finding this clinic, I can't even count how many times we drove into Sudbury to the clinic with our little one, only to find out they have closed hours early. Making appointments online is so easy, and you never have to guess how long you will be waiting. Highly recommend checking them out so we can keep this amazing clinic open in the Valley for years to come!

I am incredibly grateful for this clinic. Unfortunately, even though we have a family doctor, it's nearly impossible to see him when we need care the most. Jessica is an exceptional nurse—knowledgeable, compassionate, and with excellent bedside manner. She always makes us feel cared for and provides top-quality care. We truly appreciate her!

We love this place! Jess is always super nice and thorough with her exams. We’ve been here twice in 24 hours due to my two year old being very ill. Every time we come, we wait less than 10 minutes in the waiting room. She’s been so patient and kind, making sure we are well taken care of. Paying $17 is completely worth not having to go to town and waiting 2 hours, just so a doctor can dismiss your symptoms. We love coming here and will continue to recommend it to all our friends and family in the Valley.

Jess is patient, kind and understanding. She takes the time to fully understand what is going on and explains everything in detail. Each time I go either for myself if the kids, we leave happy with our appointment. All of the doctors we have seen virtually are highly knowledgeable. We never have to return, they get it right the first time ! I love that you can book online and be seen when you show up for your appointment.

For a private clinic, I was impressed with the cleanliness and friendly environment. The cost is very reasonable which I would rather pay than spend all day at emerge. The nurse who assisted me was very welcoming and friendly. Bilingual which is a plus!! For being on her own in the office, the nurse was very efficient for time and communicated with effectiveness in a way I understood. I will definitely be going back and I recommend them 100%

Went to this clinic yesterday with my toddler. His symptoms were brushed off and only his ears were looked at. Were told he has an ear infection. For $16. Lol.

Today, we went to an actual walk in clinic (free), our son left with 3 different diagnosis. The physician was beyond himself and continued to ask us where our son was seen because he could not fathom that my son was only partially examined and left without the main diagnosis of hfm, only the day prior. The day prior, at the $16 clinic, my son was also prescribed hydrocortisone cream and the doctor at the clinic today, highly advised that We stop using the cream for a variety of reasons and recommended something else.

Super disappointing considering the nurse seemed very knowledgeable. It's just unfortunate she never looked in his mouth or further into his rash. We won't be returning.

Our DR dies a year ago, I called and went everywhere looking, no DR.
Walking in the FHTT (Good Doctors) Jessica explained, No Government fund so there is a fee which u can claim on Income Tax. She was so patient, kind, friendly and knows what she is doing!!
Dr Zhang is in Chatham so I talked to him on line, he found a lung problem after he ordered an X-ray that 2 other dr in emerg didn’t not spot. We r very greatful to have these two professionals look after my husband and I (76 yrs old). They both listen and care.
Yes wear a mask, protect yourself and others.. not a big deal. U can call or go on line to book an appointment ( we have always got it the same day). Be kind to Jessica and Dr Zhang they are HELPING YOU!!! The Valley is very lucky to have FHTT, use it instead of going town sitting in a waiting room for hours or emerg, we have done that😡
