There is no one better in the business then Fully Promoted here in Stoney Creek. From the first interaction to now being a return customer for the 4th time, they are so welcoming and address any and every single minor detail you may ask of them. Larry is as friendly as it gets when it comes to customer service and is always quick to reply and get my next order started. Dealt with other custom stores for my small business and they don't come close to the service and quality Fully Promoted has. Not to mention the inventory, if you can come up with something, they can customize it! Super glad I came here and will be a life long customer.

Disappointed with my experience at Fully Promoted. Communication was a major issue throughout. It took 8 days just to receive a digital proof for a brochure—and when it finally arrived, the design quality was poor. This was largely due to the art I had included in my brochure PDF, but you would think they’d know right away if the artwork wouldn’t work, instead of making me wait over a week. Patches I ordered came in off-center, and the entire process took over a month. I only found out they were ready after reaching out myself following two weeks of silence, at which point I was told they had already been done. Unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish.

Over 24 years ago I had a sweat shirt made for my dad. He loved it so much I wanted to present him with a new one. Lucky for me I found Fully Promoted. The staff helped me redesign a new sweatshirt for my dad who is now 104 years young. I want to thank them. I was so impressed with their work I had the Panda embroidered on sweatshirts for all my sisters. Everyone loved them. The proof is in the pictures. I highly recommend the crew at Fully Promoted. This place is amazing, the service is fast and efficient. The customer service was above and beyond. I had them embroidered my name on my work shirts and it was ready the next day!
When I went there I learned they had a lot more services they offer, so I got all my Yeti cups engraved too!!
I am so glad I found this place, I will for sure be going back.

I dropped off 7 jackets for embroidery on both inner and outer shells, as well as winter hats. Turnaround was maybe a week. Excellent service, polite staff. Would definitely recommend and return for all embroidery needs.
