Dr Fung is my optometrist and I recently had my post covid opener appointment again. I got the checkup and replaced my eyeglasses and upgraded my Boston Lenses (hard contact lenses). I had everything plus followup checkups within 2 weeks, everything perfect, and at a reasonable price. Very happy with their service. Highly recommended.

Dr Fung and her staff are great. Very friendly, very helpful. The in-house glasses are awesome, no more going to another store for glasses. Emergency appoints there are good too, they'll book you in quick if needed

Dr. Lisa Fung and Associates are more than courteous professionals, they genuinely care about delivering the best optical care to all of their patients. Dr Fung is a compassionate doctor and I always "look" forward to "seeing" her! I cannot recommend her enough!

During the height of the pandemic I got an eye condition that felt like a knife was being twisted in my eye. Dr. Fung was one of the only optometrists even open in Keswick and the surrounding area and she immediately booked an appointment with me, while most other eye care centers were closed.

Utilizing her expert knowledge, care, and patience she was able to help me heal and keep my eyesight. 5 visits and three weeks later, I am 100% healed and extremely grateful for her care.

She even wrote an email to my family doctor explaining everything and my family doctor told me over the phone that it is extremely rare that she gets these emails and it proves that Dr. Fung truly cares about her patients.

I have had two eye exam appointment there now and I can only say good things about Dr Sara Di Carlo I feel so good that she helps me with my vision, she acknowledged my questions and care. The front staff are friendly and professional they help you the best they can, I appreciate everything that they do thank you for your help and time. I'm very satisfied with this eye optometrist.

I used to come to this eye doctor every year however my last 2 appointments I had poor experiences. The first one I came into the office and when the doctor was putting in the eye drops to dilate the pupil she put in too many and it made it painful to sit in the waiting room and worse to drive home, the effects did not wear off for over an hour and by the time they did I had a migraine which essentially ruined my day. The second appointment I was given a hard time by the receptionist because I didn't want to have the machine test my eye pressure as it bothers me and since I got laser eye surgery they always check my pressure manually any way she basically told me I had to get this pressure test and when I refused she was very flippant and rude about it. The office is also very dark and not very welcoming however this isn't the worst thing when the staff is just unpleasant or not very good at their job. There are definitely better places to get your eyes tested in keswick.

Breath of fresh air compared to others in town where you get threatening phone calls 1/2 hour before your appointment that if you're late you'll be billed and not able to see the optometrist!

The people here in contrast are nice, warm and helpful. Great experience, highly recommended.
