Very little wait time. The facility has now opened up the new part of the building which has much more seating than before and looks great.

I'm new to town and discovered that gateway DOES NOT offer walk in services, IS NOT taking new patients, they lock their doors between 12 and 1 and I did not see hours posted. When I knocked to be let in a nurse was very rude, glanced at me, rolled her eyes and continued her conversation with her Co worker with no explanation on why the door was locked. When they finally DID open the door there was no apology and I was told the note must have fallen off. I suggested better tape. Useless clinic of you weren't born in tweed.

I am bewildered by the negative reviews of the Tweed Gateway Healthcare centre. My wife and I have been extremely satisfied with the all facets of our treatment and care. From cheerful professional reception to informed and professional medical staff.. well, 5 stars folks! Thank you for all you do for the community and surrounding area. Keep up the great work.

Trying to get an apt here is impossible. Most irresponsible front dest staff. Dentist only did half the work. Still have not been able to get apt to finish it. That was over a year ago. Dentist also accidentally poked me in the face with the freezing needle.

Was experiencing chest pains while travelling and attempted to seek medical treatment.
Not a "patient", No assessment, given alternatives.
I Know it's an Ontario rural issue, but has it come to just calling "911", when there is doctor on site.

Went in person in Aug/21 for a loose front tooth, spoke to someone that told me they would let sheens know. I called and left a message the net day and about a week after that did the same thing. No response to this day.
