I called and kindly said good morning! and asked if they carried a certain product. The lady rudely told me to hold. She then came back and i continued asking if she could check and i told her the bottle was white and baby pink. Half way thru saying that she rudely interrupted me again and said holddd onnnn. She said they didnt and said what she had and spoke sternly to me for no reason whatsoever. I will gladly drive out to collingwood or barrie and give others my business that actually have manners. Unfortunately with that attitude I will not support them locally
