If I could give this place a negative 1 I would…
Walked in to the office today at 5:15
They put my health card thru the computer took my blood pressure and than took me to an exam room for my appointment.
Where Dr Kakavand proceeds to tell me he hasn’t seen me in years that he didn’t think I was his patient anymore. I walked out on him 5 years ago… LOL Uhm?
Told me I had a new doctor so he will not be seeing me.
My “ new” doctor was actually a psychiatrist he referred me to …
I am in total disbelief that they
1) made my appointment (told me by accident the new girl did it.)

2) taking my blood pressure and having me wait in a exam room.

3) my doctor telling me I have a new doctor and I haven’t seen him in 5 years.. when he told me the last time was 2021.. I don’t believe that’s 5 years ago. And the doctor I seen for 5 years was a referral by him….

4) to walk out on me

Needless to say. You guys are the most disrespectful unprofessional humans I have EVER dealt with.
Being a patient here basically my entire life to just dump me away ?

Good riddens. Wish yas the best … I see why all the nurse practitioners and good doctors leave this establishment because they’re embarrassed to be apart of it.

I had an appoiment with Dr. Gitipour, (shopping for a new doctor). He really plays on women. He told me I had high colesterol and sent me to his own lab. Almost 2 months later, no follow up. He sent me for a pap test with a woman doctor from the same practice and I was not covered by OHIP. He could had told me I have to pay for it. He sent me for a Mamogram and the place called me to inform that I wasn't due yet. In my opinion, this doctor is just milking the system. He is not interested on the patient health problems. Another eye opening, they take your blood pressure from the right arm. What kind of doctors are they? Please stay away from him, like a virus.

Went for my Meet and Great with Dr Manolo. He seems very pleasant and professional. I was impressed by how thorough he seems to be. Receptionists were very polite. I can imagine how busy it gets there. First impression was went very well.

Dr. Gitipour is a poor doctor. Just wants you to get in and get out. Laughs and jokes with women but when it comes to men he is a straight up douche bag. No greeting just asked what I was there for. I’ll never return to this office ever again. I’ll go to the hospital and wait for hours before seeing this corrupt office. Also the front lady at reception could use a lesson on how to treat patient’s. Avoid this place like Covid.

I personally have met with each doctor in the office. Dr.Kakavand was my family doctor for years, and I found it hard to talk to him. Which led me to switching to Dr.Saad who has been nothing but amazing throughout the years. My daughter now sees him also. Although it was hard for me to talk with Dr.Kakavand, he is my grandparents and my parents family doctor. When my grandmother got diagnosed with cancer, Dr.Kakavand have her his personal phone number just incase anything had happen with her while at home and my grandfather needed him right away.
Even on his personal time, he is still willing to be there for his patients.

The nurses/receptionists at the front desk deal with so many people on a regular basis. It is such a busy clinic, but they are always so willing to help out and do as much as they can.
It does take a while to get a hold of someone, and you may be on hold for a little bit. But being an understanding human, and seeing how busy the office is every moment it’s open. The women at the front are doing an amazing job.

I’m thankful for the entire staff there. Thank you guys for all that you do.

The front office staff is amazing! The amount of work they do, and the abuse they take from some of the patients is incredible. Linda, in particular, has been most helpful to me. I cannot, in all honesty, be as positive about the medical attention I have received.

Dr. Jain is a great doctor. He takes the time to explain things in a way you can understand. His nurse Debbie is fantastic. My wife and I are both very happy with him.

Can be a good doctor if his front end staff cared More,
poor service Rude .
The Doctor always try's to prescribe something that sounds like a solution but ends up costing a ridiculous amount of money and ends not working . then you have to try to get back through too him , To only be stone walled by front end staff with excuses. Ending up with a 3 day issue turning it into a three week issue.
He has is good points , unfortunately out wayed by the BAD POINTS.
