I just wanted to pop on and say I had an amazing experience yesterday at this local clinic in town, and way better than these so called "referrals" that your ordinary doctor would send you to!

Regarding my second ingrown toenail, and thanks to a good friend for referring me to Georgina Foot & Orthotic Centre, I went in last week to speak to the receptionist to try and get an appointment earlier than the 3 months that I was quoted at the place my doctor referred me too, and they were able to take me within a week!

My friend referred me to Brittany Rice, who is a registered Chiropodist there so I booked an appointment with her.

Man oh man was she ever so nice, gentle, and best of all explained EVERYTHING to me and did the procedure WITHOUT the need to freeze it and NO PAIN AT ALL!!! Thats how gentle she is!!!

I explained to her how the last doctor at my last experience last year elsewhere treated me and even she too was shocked! And felt bad as that never should have happened!!!

Honestly I 100/10 recommend her!! ? (yes thats right 100 out of 10! Haha!)

She was super sweet and was able to dig it out so gently that I didn't even feel it, and explained the aftercare, and how to prevent it from coming back as well as recommending I come back for follow ups and she'll help me retrain it to grow properly! I actually walked out of a doctors office with a smile on my face for once, and giggling and laughing with the receptionist about how shocked I was of how AMAZING she is!!!!

So again, this is why I always promote "Shop Local" because even though I may have had to pay x amount of $, in the end the service was way better than a covered OHIP doctor, and these days, as we all know - its hard to find good customer service!!! ?

I have been going to Brittany for years, for foot care. I wore safety shoes for many years in a factory. My nails where badly damaged as well as lots of corns and tough skin. My feet are so much better now. I go monthly for upkeep. Brittany is very friendly, knowledgeable, answers all my questions as well as gives suggestions to keep my feet from being sore. I would recommend her to anyone looking for great service at a reasonable price. As soon as you enter, you get wonderful service from Laurie at the front desk. She also offers a variety of services like orthodics and compression socks.

Brittany is a wonderful Chiropodist, she is very friendly and knowledgeable and now my whole family go to see her! Since I started to see her my foot issue and the pain in now very manageable and I can't thank her enough for that! I always look forward to my appointments as I know I am going to feel so much better after! Thank you Brittany.

Can’t say enough great things about my visit. I needed an emergency appointment for a toe with a hematoma. They fit me in today (whereas my podiatrist told me to wait a month).
