First time I was there I was shorted on the pill count. He even wrote it on the box. Next time I went to renew he denied being short.
Charged me $45 to renew a percrip.
He tried to switch my account from Shoppers (30 years) to his account without telling me.
Never again!

Was in this pharmacy last night with a very small sick child. This man took advantage of me and charged me almost $40 for a bottle of children's Advil. I will never ever step foot in this pharmacy again. This man is a very bad man and Rob's parents at their weakest points. You sir should be disgusted with yourself. I have also reported you to the college of pharmacist in Toronto. I hope the money was worth it. Enjoy your day . I wish I could give you zero stars. Disgusting doing business with you.

First and last time I will ever step foot in this sad excuse for a pharmacy.

The guy that owns this pharmacy should not be in the business he is in. Horrible customer service. Calls to say a prescription is ready only to have it not ready (says he needed to confirm flavor which he could have done when he called to say it was ready)

Then proceeds to throw the filled rx at you with no information. Then when I check the bag to see if I have a Measuring cup for the antibiotics for a 5 year old child he proceeded to tell me that I have to pay for one. Never in the 10 years that I worked at a pharmacy did we charge patients for a Measuring cup that would ensure ACCURATE dosing.
Only because I mentioned that I had never been charged before did he finally tell me 'free for you'

Horrible human being with no regard for patients and their needs.

Do not go here if you are looking for good, efficient service.

Above and beyond doesnt begin to describe the staff and service received at this location. We made the switch to this pharmacy a little over a year ago and the staff have helped my family time and time again. Fast, speedy service. Personalized. You are not a number to them, you are a person. Thank you for everything you do.

Love the new pharmacy. The pharmacist are awesome and treat you as family. They will go out of their way to help you the best way they can. Very warm and welcoming environment. Love this pharmacy. Every time I have been in, it’s super quick. Owner is friendly and provides great customer service! Switched my pharmacy from Walmart to here because of this!
