Today I struggled to get the right cover for an outlet before the electrician came over. Difficult to do when you can't see the product, of course it was the wrong one when he came to the door. The understanding worker Taylor figured it all out and gave me the correct product😁

Amendment2: Maybe "Dave" changed his name to cover himself just in case his atttiude was reported. Anyhow, Finkle helped the next day and
the their staff were very friendly and welcoming. Sorry, but whoever answers the phone should know the difference between a T5 ballast and a T5 fixture. If the Gimpel rep. misunderstood me, he could have talked to me through the front door (glass). I clearly stated, I was standing in front of the store before the stating the inquiry. Personally, Gimpel's has lost me as a customer forever! Good job "Dave"! Rudeness has not place in our society.

I rarely shop in downtown Trenton, but have been into Gimpel's before without an issue. Since I was next door looking at lights, I decided to make an inquiry about a T5 replacement ballast. "Dave" informed me that they don't carry ballasts. I was surprised as they are an electrical distributor. I then asked "Dave", who he would recommend in the Quinte area. He suggested "Walmart". I was born in Trenton, so I know Finkle and VanVark should be able to help me out. Needless to say, Dave's mindless answer typifies why Trenton's Central Business District is dead.

Not a very good experience. Not very friendly. No prices on anything because it’s all overpriced.
I paid $80 for $20 worth of stuff…but I was in a corner.
Won’t be going back…
