Great experience with my 13 month old. There was an 1.5hr wait so the receptionist let me go home for 45 minutes so we didn't have to sit in the waiting room too long. The doctor was spectacular! Older caucasian gentleman, can't remember his name. He was terrific with my child who normally is terrified of doctors and bawls her eyes out. He let me voice all my concerns and was very informative and communicated well. Told me to come back if my child didn't get better in a few days. Very good experience over-all. I would recommend.

I went to the clinic and they were very efficient and polite. The Dr was specific with what he needed to do. I was scheduled a follow up for results and they were very helpful and willing to call the lab and call me back. They rescheduled my appointment to accommodate me. I would definitely return again! Wonderful people at the pharmacy attached!

I had a great and efficient experience when I went in for a consult. The receptionists and the doctor are kind and helpful. They are also affordable compared to the other walk-in clinic I've been to.

Dr. David Eltofft is one of the smartest medical professionals I have come across. He gets down to the root of the problem and makes sure that the medical issues never come back again. Always gives honest and informed opinion. A very nice and kind human being as well in addition to being an established professional.

I accompanied my mother to the clinic and was appalled by the misogynistic service we received from Dr. Elltoft. When we shared details about my mother's recent trip to the hospital, and that she was having some new concerning symptoms, Dr. Elltoft asked us only 1 follow up question then proceeded to say he didn't know what was causing any of it and to come back in 4 days. We were in the room for maybe 4 minutes before he began ushering us out. I told him I was very concerned about my mother's health so if his recommendation was to come back in 4 days, "what should I be looking out for?" He replied, " a tall dark handsome man". Totally unacceptable. When I followed it up with, "No, I'm serious, my mother is a very sick woman", he only replied "oh yes she is, she's not in great health, come back in 4 days."

Whether or not her new symptoms were a concern to him does not excuse his shocking reply and lack of consideration. Completely unprofessional and would not recommend him to anyone seeking serious, thoughtful care.

I think the medical staff here are very responsible and willing to help me every time I come. The doctor I went to see in the snow today was very warm-hearted. Even though my language was not good, he was patient enough to tell me what was wrong with my body. He also wrote down the words I didn't know on a piece of paper and told me. All in all, I thought they were very good. I don't know why many people give them low marks, I think it's unfair. And students who show their health insurance cards do not have to pay.Thank you so much！

super nice doctor! i normally get super anxious at walk in clinics but this place made me feel comfortable and actually heard what i had to say most places feel like they dont really listen to whats going on but i felt very heard and accepted here!!!
