I spent a complete day driving around to find the best deal on flooring I research when I make purchases to find out where to get the best deals and quality I’m a bit of a geek when it comes to finding a good product for a great deal. I went to a bunch of different places started in midland went to Victoria harbour orillia Barrie then finally wasaga the guy working the store was friendly knowledgeable easy to talk to and pointed me in the right direction of what was on sale I found a better product then I originally looking at he didn’t just try and push a sale he looked and said we have lots in the warehouse the couple days I needed to make sure with the wife that is what she liked and wanted went back paid for my order drove directly to the warehouse to pick it up. I seen the showroom there but would definitely recommend going into the Wasaga store because you can’t beat the service or knowledge of the guy I dealt with behind the counter
Will definitely be going there for trim and baseboard as well as lighting when I return
Way better products then Home Depot and Rona wish I could of bought dmx 3 in 1 from them only suggestion I can make for that company

We had to pick a floor for the basement. Having done the main floor with a beautiful vinyl floor from Global Alliance we wanted to again work with Mark to help us with the basement. Unfortunately the store was closed over the holidays but having Mark’s number I explained our time crunch and he came in specifically for us. Without him we would not have been able to choose the high quality basement floor with the perfect colour and wearability. Trust Mark and the products at Global Alliance. Our place will be stunning and Mark’s ability to help us work through so many choices on his off time encapsulate what real service and customer care is about!

We purchased flooring a few years ago from this store and when we recently needed flooring for our newly renovated basement we naturally returned to Global Alliance for the second time. Again, we were not disappointed!
Although we had an idea of what we were looking for before we went to the store Iwona offered us a great product selection, she certainly knows her products! We purchased our flooring and our trim and upon telling our neighbours, they also purchased trim at the same time!
Our next project is tiling and your store will be our first place to visit as we start to look around for tiles!

We purchased flooring from this company. What an awesome experience we had. From there store in GlanCairn and their show room in Wasaga Beach. This company has professional knowledge of their products and the needs of their customers.
We were very impressed with the friendliness, fast service. The flooring is beautiful and arrived exactly on time, delivered in a quick and professional manner. Truly a wonderful experience. Drove 2 hours to get here was very unimpressed with customer service. We were looking for 600sqft in flooring for our basement the lady working would barely talk to us or help us. She seemed more interested in sitting down looking at her computer. Also didn’t great us when we got in the store. Will not be going back will be getting flooring somewhere else even if it costs more.
