I am a diabetic and I need to get my blood test done every 3 months! Life lab give you a card so when you go, you get your blood work done without needing go see the doctor. But it expire, I need the doctor to fill the form again! Most clinics when you call will send the paper work to life lab. But this clinic did not want help me, demand I need to make an appointment! They close at 4:30, but will close soon! I work 5 days until 4. So I had to wait another week to get my blood work done! However one receptionist name Stefania, not only will see if he can do it, but will send for me! Thank you Stefania, you really gave me hope in the medicals field! The others did not want help a patient. You truly did! Learn from Stefania the rest.

Dr.Gorleh is a nice fella only complaint is our prescriptions we always call early to get them renewed( rarely get refills for some reason ) and the day your do to get them count on getting them 2 days later , really the only issue we've had , Cheers

The worst place with the worst doctors. I do not recommend it if you really love yourself and care about your health do not come to this clinic I repeat do not come to this place. I lost hearing in my left ear Because when I went there the doctor said I had an infection after a few days of not feeling well I went back he said I had nothing that I was making it up, I went to a hearing clinic And they said I had to go to the hospital urgently because I had a serious problem in my ear When I arrived at the hospital, they said that I had already lost my hearing and that if I had been treated in time, this would not have happened. That was 3 weeks after I had been going to the doctor at this clinic every 3 days begging him to please do a test or something.

The Dr's are horrible, don't know what they're doing, the turnover rate of the receptionists is unbelievable. They only hire white plump women.
They all come from the same part of the world and have an agenda against us all, they don't care about their patients. I've self diagnosed 6 different serious ailments myself because they lack the training and expertise.
The receptionists are rude. By and large the worst walk in clinic in st Catharines.
Go across the street for better help, or find something else all together.

In the past I've had issues with the clinic, but I can honestly say within the last year, the staff are amazing and get me my appointments as quick as they can and the communication is amazing. Dr. Alnhisi is my family doctor and personally with everything I've had going on in the last two years, he was really caring, very attentive and helpful. Best doctor at the clinic! Thank you and keep up the good work! 🙂

Once good with long hours ideal for after work appointments & walk ins. Now restrictive hours & some staff with an attitude. Depends who’s on reception as to what service & methods you get. No consistency whatsoever. Treat walking better than registered patients, I guess because they make more from them. Suggest you look elsewhere.

Unfriendly reception.

I refrained from leaving a review as I have only positive things to say about my doctor here, Dr Ogala, (who has since moved clinics and does not work here anymore), and the pharmacy at this location. Pharmacy staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in my opinion.

But my experience with the reception alone influenced me to leave 1 star. When calling clinic I frequently felt as if it was treated as an inconvenience, receiving short irritated responses.
