I've been going to this walk-in clinic for over a year now. It's one of the only walk-in clinics in the area, so there's usually a lineup, but that's normal. If you get there early, you will be out before noon. I love the new renovations, it looks, and feels much better than before. Doctors and pharmacists are really nice as well.

Amazing Walk-In Clinic, they are fast and efficient like I've never seen before. I'm extremely impressed and it's a huge relief to have something like this so close by. It's Saturday morning and there was a large lineup before it had even opened, I've been triaged, diagnosed and received my prescription within 40 minutes.

I can't stress enough how great my experience has been.

I have never actually come across a walk in clinic that had such a kind doctor and staff. Dr. Khzam was so nice and actually took time to listen to my health concerns and give me the requisitions and medicines i need. I didn't feel rushed at all like i usually do at walk in clinics. And even though it was absolutely packed in the clinic, the receptionists and pharmacists were so patient and helpful. They all gave me explanations for my medicines and told me how to do some at-home tests. Really really nice staff who genuinely seem to care about their patients

I visited the clinic on Nov 15 with friend. She had really bad stomach pain. Dr. was professional and knowledgeable. However, the receptionist seems to be rude and reluctant. She does not seem to understand patients concern. Absolutely, bad experience with the front desk associate. And I have gone through all the reviews all the people have bad experience at the clinic with them. I think management should consider other person over them who understands patient and their situation rather than telling them to wait at stop sign before she calls in.

Now THIS is how a walk in should be. Amazing doctor, amazing receptionist, amazing pharmacist. It was full. The receptionist gave me an estimated waiting time of 40min to an hour. 52 minutes I waited. By the way she's very nice and professional. Usually receptionists (including my own family Dr 'receptionist) are rude but this one is great! The doctor doesn't waste time in unnecessary conversations. He goes straight to the point and as he's giving recommendations, he sends the prescription to the pharmacy. Very good service! Oh and there's free parking in the front. 5+

I recently had a disappointing experience with Doctor The way he interacted with my child was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Doctor was rude and showed little to no patience, which made the visit highly uncomfortable. It was evident that he lacked the necessary communication skills to handle young patients or even address concerns in a respectful manner. A doctor’s role is not just to diagnose but also to provide a comforting environment, especially for children, and this standard was far from met. I would not recommend this Doctor to anyone, particularly families with children.

It is one of the few walk-in clinics open seven days a week. Quite unusually, the reception staff are consistently approachable and do their best to provide realistic wait times. On most visits, we have waited approximately 60 to 90 minutes, which is manageable. However, the same cannot be said for the doctors, who are far less welcoming.

Dr. Khzam, in particular, was unwilling to listen to our concerns. When we requested a paediatric consultation, he flatly refused. We explained that we do not have a family doctor and rely solely on the clinic for medical advice. At that point, he rudely informed us that the emergency room was our only option.

Adding to the disappointment, he refused to call us back after receiving our X-ray results. Even when we followed up two days later, he still hadn’t reviewed them. This left us with no choice but to seek assistance elsewhere. The experience was deeply frustrating and far from the care we had hoped to receive.

I had the worst experience visiting this clinic only because of the receptionist who was blonde. She was sipping her coffee and yelling at people asking them to wait. I patiently asked her how long it would take as the other receptionist advised me to reach at 5:30 for a medicine shot. She literally told me "I'm not here to answer your questions, just go and sit somewhere". She then proceeds to yell at another old couple who was also concerned about how long they would have to wait. And she complains to everyone that there are many patients and because of that she would get home late and had to stay there longer. I'm genuinely interested to know if she knows what her job duties are.
If not,I'm pretty sure someone will end up having a panic attack because of the way she scares her patients away. She also yells at people who call the clinic asking them to go to emergency instead of coming down to the clinic and making things difficult for her.
I've never for once told someone to mind their language but I was not ready to be humiliated in the public for absolutely no fault from my end. I will continue to stand up for myself and anyone who's being I'll treated by this woman.
Thank you.
