If you like rude snotty staff who treat you like your presence is a huge inconvenience then this is the pharmacy for you. As long as you remember that arriving on the day they say your prescription will be ready is your fault and you are a burden to the staff then you will be fine.

The worst customer experience . They tell my daughter that the medication will be ready at 4:00 go to pick up and they didn't even fill because they didn't have the physical card but they had the #. Then as I sit there waiting and let my daughter know they didn't fill it she phoned while I was there and complained and the workers behind the counter started to complain to each other about my daughter rudely about the complaint. When the guy comes back to the window he apologized about not filling the medication and I let him know that the way he and the female co worker were talking about my daughters phone call was unexceptible and that they need to have a more professional business. I will never use this company again I will drive to Edmonton in a snow storm before I come here.

Forgot to call us 2 days in a row before a long weekend leaving my daughter without her medication for 4 days. Went in on Tuesday and it still wasn't ready for some reason. Then they have the nerve to imply we weren't measuring properly and it was our fault for running out. They can't admit they messed up 3 times on the same prescription order.

This place is a gem! I live 5 hours away and I miss being able to shop here, you guys have everything! Staff and management are all great! Kelly is fantastic and a top notch at directing you to finding what you're after!

I was quoted a price to fill my prescription of $90. I had to leave a $50 deposit and wait a few days as they didn’t have the supplies to create my compound. They did call when it was ready, and it is what was prescribed, however the price jumped to $130! Not pleased that they hold your wellness hostage in that regard. I will be insisting on written quotes in the future.

Following a recent incident that left me requiring walker, first found this store helpful but expensive compared to others who rent out equipment, went to purchase after 2 month rental, no consideration for rental payment and not very nice about it, seems like from what people say, this place changed management and just gouges people now….. We went to another local pharmacy and purchased a walker there, , prices better and compassion at Rexall unlike this place👎

When they say 2or3days you better give them a week or more because I handed mine in on monday and they said 2or3 days and now its Friday and they tell me oh it looks like we dont have it you gotta wait till next week if it's not in this evening.
