Dr. Mazin Rassam has been my doctor for many years - up until a month or so ago. I’ve never had anything bad to say about him in the past - I would often recommend him to others. However, a few months ago I went to see him again for ongoing issues I’ve been having for years. When I finally had the courage to advocate for myself, and push for further tests to find answers, he laughed in my face, told me there was nothing he could do, and to find another doctor. I left the clinic in tears. I finally went back to the clinic recently to inquire about switching to another doctor there (I’ve had walk-in appointments with other doctors at this location and the Fletcher location and they are all wonderful), I explained my reasoning to the receptionist. She made excuses for his behaviour, stating that “you’ve been his patient for a while, maybe he felt comfortable enough to joke with you.” To me, that’s not something you say to your patient that has on going issues for years with no answers, or given an diagnosis/answers that are guesses, and not confirmed with any sort of testing. I also inquired to have my medical history printed out, and they charged me $60. I’m aware at any doctor you have to pay for your records, but that seems like a ridiculous price to pay for your own medical records. Just to mention as well, when I was reading my medical history, there were many notes of things that never were mentioned to me, and recommended tests to have done, which never were done, or even suggested. But along with charging me $60 for records, I also had other tests done in the past, and the price of the service was not communicated beforehand, only when I was going to leave did they tell me about the charges.
To validate others reviews, multiple times during appointments, he would switch to Google and search things, and constantly push pills.
Not to mention, they never answer the phone, and when they do, they’re extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only on the phone, but in person as well. With the exception of one lady that has always been very kind and helpful - I wish I knew her name.
If you are looking for a family doctor that is professional, honest, shows compassion and patience, I highly advise against Dr. Mazin Rassam.

I had a great experience at this office, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The receptionists in particular made this experience so much better for me! I would highly recommend Dr. Dina as she was very professional and kind.

Rude and not worth going. Went inside and the south Asian receptionist was on her phone while I was trying to communicate with her, took her few minutes to even bother looking up with a stoic face. Unprofessional, hire better staff or make them undergo better professional training.

Our new family dr is Dr. Dina Saleem
She is so kind, patient and understanding with my whole family.... we love her and the staff at the front desk and the pharmacy as well as they work so well together

I just want to share are experience. The receptionist are very rude do not have a good customer service. Very unorganized, the way they talk to patients and customer is very unprofessional. 88 years old patient and make us go back and forth.

Very rude, they never answer my calls anytime I try to book an appointment their always rude about it, my family doctor is rude to me I’m not going there anymore

تعاملت مع الدكتور عمار شخص جدا محترم وفاهم بس ياريت الي على الرسبشن يخلون باج
بأساميهم حتى لانضلم بقية الموضفين من يكون عدنا ملاحضات عليهم(وياريت تخلون شخص يحجي عربي على الرسبشن مع الشكر)
I dealt with Dr. Ammar, he is a very respectful and understanding person, but I wish those at the reception would leave a badge with their names so that we do not wrong the rest of the employees who we may have comments about (and I wish you would leave someone who speaks Arabic at the reception. Thank you.
