I have been a new regular patient at this clinic for some time, and their efficiency and professionalism continue to impress me. The staff are always polite and respectful, and I am warmly greeted every time I visit. I never feel rushed when explaining my symptoms, as the doctor takes the time to listen thoroughly and ensures that every patient is given equal attention.

The convenience of having an attached pharmacy makes the experience even better, saving me from an extra trip elsewhere. I also appreciate that they offer appointments on weekdays, which many walk-in clinics don’t accommodate. Their responsiveness is excellent—they pick up calls quickly, and if they miss one, they always return calls! Overall, a well-run clinic that truly prioritizes patient care!

I had a wonderful experience at Hamilton Medical Centre. The staff was friendly, and the check-in process was quick. Dr. Ishaqzay is an excellent doctor who took the time to address all my concerns. I've visited many walk-in clinics in my lifetime, and I can confidently say this one stands out as the best. Both receptionists are absolutely wonderful, making every visit a pleasant experience. While they can be quite busy some days, the staff remains incredibly accommodating, treating every patient with kindness and respect—a rarity these days. The clinic also offers convenient parking in the back, along with accessible entrances and bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable visit for everyone. <3

Reply to you on my review- Thank you for your response. I understand the charges were communicated to me, but my concern is the long wait time just to receive consultation notes, even though I did not need to see a doctor. Additionally, I was charged $120 during a previous visit, which makes me question the consistency of your fees. More transparency and efficiency in handling such requests would greatly improve patient experience

Dr. Ishaqzay provided top-notch care and was incredibly helpful throughout. What really stood out was his willingness to speak in Hindi, which made my wife feel at ease and much more comfortable. We're truly grateful for the thoughtful and compassionate approach.

Dr. Ishaqzay is the best doctor in HAMILTON , PERIOD. He is very thorough with is work and is 1000% dedicated towards his patients health and well being. He is very kind hearted person and always greets you with a smile on his face with 100% positive vibes and zero negativity or attitude.
After visiting him each time i feel a confidence boost and he doesn't prescribe unnecessary medications and would explain you to make lifestyle changes when needed. He won't scare your or put you in a state of panick with any diagnosis and that is the best virtue of a great Doctor.

Wonderful people, I live 2 1/2 blocks away and it’s very convenient. They have always been so kind to me and I never wait long I’m always taken care of in a timely manner . The doctor is a very nice man who listens and understands everything you tell him . I cannot stress enough that this walk in clinic is a really important part of my neighborhood and my community. Also pharmacy and pharmaceutical staff attached to clinic are extremely kind and very efficient, also very nice people.

It wasn't too busy, I was welcomed by a very polite and helpful receptionist, and I was seen right away. The doctor was friendly and attentive. And most importantly, the prescription worked and I am finally cured from whatever was making me cough and sneeze for weeks!
