STI testing services are only available Mondays and Wednesdays which didn’t work for me. but - Melissa on reception was super helpful and directed me to some other resources on the phone. Shes fantastic. my only suggestion would be to have wider clinic hours as many have mentioned.

Overall, they are great at what they do; test for and treat STIs. I've been going there for years for regular screening, all the nurses who have done my blood work are great. They're never judgmental and have always made me feel comfortable to ask questions about sex, STIs, birth control, my body etc.
However yes, the availability is terrible and since they're only open once a week, there is usually a very long wait time. I image they're understaffed but they do a great job considering this. If it weren't for their hours and wait time, this clinic would be easily 5 star.

Essentially a non service. Open Wednesday for 2 hours. No walk In. Need to make appointments via phone- which are only manned for those 2 hours- all other times the phone is not answered.

The only option is to go to another city for testing where the clinics actually function. Major fail on implementation and execution of an STI clinic in a major Canadian City.

PS. Even the website is non functional (not found). This reinforces the lack of resources allocated to this non-service.

Was told my situation wasn’t serious enough although I expressed that I was in pain and needed help urgently . The health care system in Hamilton is horrible because without a family doctor ( which is extremely hard to get) these clinics and walk in clinics don’t take you until the next 3 weeks . I guess I’ll just go to the ER 🙁

Got an sti concern? well hopefully you're not working during the 2 hours they're open once a week.

Useless hours, makes this place very inaccessible to most people.
