Today was my first appointment at the clinic and I was pleasantly pleased. The waiting room and entire clinic is well kept and designed very nicely. It was obviously well thought out. The wait was non existent, I was a bit early and they called me in slightly before my appointment time to get the ball rolling which was great because I was quite nervous. The tech and doctor were both amazing. They were so pleasant and polite, they were more than happy to chat with me through the whole appointment and made me feel much more at ease. Thank you for a seamless and positive experience today, it was definitely appreciated by this patient.

I was treated so badly in Mississauga for my 20 weeks ultrasound. Today I had an appointment here and from entering I felt welcomed. I really loved the decorations and in the room they had a painting with such beautiful wording. Just felt like home. My ultrasound technician was amazing she was so nice, caring and most importantly took her time with me. During pergancy it's such a roller coaster and an emotional time so having the best team beside you is a blessing. Thanks for all you guys do! ❤️

Terrible customer service from one of the receptionists. She doesn’t treat you with kindness if you’re a first-time parent, and makes you feel unwelcome. Some ultrasound technicians are great but there was one that made me feel uncomfortable and kept giving me attitude as it was getting closer to her end of her shift. She even said various times that she was running late. The whole experience felt rush. I will not be coming back here.

I have been to this ultrasound place 2 times. I had a terrible experience both times. I hoped my 2nd visit would be better, but unfortunately, it was not. I will not be returning here. The technicians and doctors seem inexperienced, and the machines only sometimes work. The first time I was there, I spent about an hour in the ultrasound room. The technician was having a hard time seeing the images. Then, about 3/4 of the time there, the doctor entered the room and turned off the lights, allowing him to see the images better. During my second visit, the doctor asked the technician to use the ultrasound machine to take a closer look. The technician proceeded to tell him that the machine had been broken since Monday (I had a Friday appointment). Would it not make sense to call me and let me know that the machine was broken and reschedule my appointment for another time? Instead, I suffered in pain for a very long time while they tried to get the reading they were after (1 technician and 2 doctors later).

In and out fairly quickly. The receptionist was very nice, however I'm on the fence about the tech that did my ultrasound. I've had a lot of Ultrasounds over the years and have always found that the techs are usually super friendly and kind and make me feel at ease however this tech made me feel super uncomfortable and was more like a drill Sargent. Perhaps could work on being more friendly and chill. Otherwise the rest of the staff seemed great and the process was quick!

hands down amazing service. two lovely ladies at the front desk. they got me an appointment very quick for next day, accommodated my needs and were very friendly and helpful! service was very quick, comfortable and easy. will definitely be coming back here when needed. office was clean and tidy. 10/10

Dr. Leonardi was wonderful. Kind, clear, and one of the least painful ultrasounds I've had. Considering I've generally felt pain for all of my previous ones that's pretty impressive. I got clear and patient information that didn't feel rushed, a sense of importance in their efforts to send the info to my doc asap, and validation about my condition.

I would say the only negative is that they ask preferred name in the form but don't use it without prompting. But for me, I care most about the pain and other aspects of the exam. For someone else this could be very difficult.

Overall I would definitely recommend the place and the doctor. It's amazing to get confirmation and validation before surgery. I don't have to go into surgery being afraid of misdiagnosis or wasting people's time. I get to understand my pain in advanced, and even got more clarity on the why and how.

We had 2 ultrasounds at this location. First one was a month ago and was actually short notice and they were able to accommodate me for the genetic testing. Second one was today for an anatomy scan. The receptionists could really do better by smiling, they seem a bit unfriendly. The male technician (sorry I didn't get your name) who helped us out was amazing. Friendly but professional. Did the measurements and photos first while my husband waited at the end so they can tell us the gender. Really made the experience memorable for my husband and I. Overall pleasant experience and great service!
